I'm so disappointed in Century Relief, at the beginning it was difficult to get a response until finally they provided a representative to work with me. She began fine with communicating if an issue would arise, but come in August there was an issue with my bank and received no call, text or email but I didn't come aware of it until TODAY after the lender called me that Century Relief dropped me as a client. The little conversation I had with the lender about the payments being made to Century Relief my account with the lender would have been paid a long time ago. They reached out to me today only because the lender contacted them about me not being informed of the issue and they tried to explain that they have been trying to call me, but no they did not, an email would have been convenient but they refused to contact me. This was a very bad, unsatisfying experience that I became upset with them that used bad language and hung up.

I worked with Coastal Debt and let me tell you they were very professional, communicated often and after my account was paid, I received a refund from them.

Business don't use Century Debt Relief, now I personally have to handle this issue directly with the lender.

After researching many options, I am very glad we decided to use Century Relief to consolidate our business debt in the wake of financial fallout from the COVID-19 closures. Regis and the entire team are the utmost professionals with excellent follow through and support. They are truly advocates for helping small businesses succeed in difficult times.

Century Debt Relief did an amazing job in settling my debts! My only regrets are not reaching out to them first and sooner. I came to them dealing with five different lenders breathing down my neck and threatening legal action. This wasn’t a problem for them, my business advisor Adam went over the whole process in great detail and got me on an affordable monthly payment schedule, all while keeping my lenders off my back. Within six months all my debts were settled and I’m now debt free. I definitely appreciate the work they did and the transparency through the whole process.
