CEPD Training Center, founded on 25 November 2025 by Mr. M. H. Anjula Mahesh Tissera, is a registered training centre dedicated to professional development and English language mastery. We equip learners with the English proficiency, professional skills, and confidence needed to succeed in higher education, the workplace, and the global community. Our Continuing English Professional Development (CEPD) program goes beyond grammar and vocabulary—focusing on clarity of thought, purposeful communication, leadership, and real-world application. Guided by our philosophy that “English is a journey, not a destination,” we help participants connect language learning to their passions and goals through a practical cycle of Learn → Practise → Perform → Teach → Master. I’ve been involved with CEPD Training Center since it started in November 2025.
What I see every day is learners becoming more confident and clearer in how they think and communicate. CEPD don’t just teach grammar — they train to use English as a real tool for work, studies, and personal goals.
The simple cycle we follow (Learn → Practise → Perform → Teach → Master) helps people keep improving without pressure to be perfect. Many students tell us they feel more professional, more accountable, and more motivated after the programme.
It’s rewarding to watch small, consistent progress turn into real growth. Proud of what CEPD is building.
