Carers are generally very helpful. Getting through to the office is a near impossibility, though! Weekly schedules are sporadic but there is an app, which is useful.

My mother lived at Lingham Court for nearly 7 years from just after her 100th birthday until her death shortly after Christmas 2024. Both before and during Cera's time running the care services there, the staff invariably showed genuine care and interest for her - and for me and my wife as we sought to support her too. We developed a very good co-operative relationship with both the on-site managers and the individual carers. Communication was good; and when things did go wrong, as was bound to happen sometimes, our concerns were listened to and taken seriously, and always acted upon to ensure improvement for the future.
The care staff made sure that my mother was always clean, properly dressed and smart, and that she ate and drank enough and with sufficient variety at sensible times each day. Her flat was also kept clean and tidy at all times.
Over time my mother's needs increased considerably, and the care staff adapted well to the greater demands on their time and patience, going beyond what might have been expected in an assisted-living setting. They were also flexible in their use of the time allocated in my mother's care plan, so as to remain responsive to her actual changing needs and avoid being tied down by rigid adherence to a pre-set timetable.
My wife and I are most grateful to the Lingham Court care team for all they did for my mother over these last few years.

ExtracareLambeth-Linghamcourt. I have been living here for over 4 years and I can say that the staff are very pleasant ensuring that I am well looked after and remain happy and safe in my home. Even outside my care visits, care staff will attend to me when I require support. I am always listened to and feel comfortable interacting with staff. My flat is always clean and tidy and thank you to staff for that. I am happy to continue to live here.

My mum has now settled with her package of care. She has 2 lovely girls that tend to complete the calls all week every week which means the continuity is amazing. We know who is coming and when. Branch staff were quick to turn this around for us when requested. Thankyou all at Premier Care.

Cera Care (Ellon branch) provide twice daily visits at mealtimes for my elderly Dad. He finds his carer visits helpful, supportive and he also enjoys their chat too. My sister and I both live several hours away from Peterhead, so the service provided by Cera Care is very much appreciated and provides great peace of mind for us. The Ellon Branch office staff are lovely to deal with and extremely helpful, in my experience changes to Care Plans and service are made quickly and efficiently. My Dad has also recently just started having Cera Social Care Visits twice a week which he looks forward to and very much enjoys. Thank you Cera (Ellon) for all your help and support.

My mother has had Cera carers for quite a long time. The team provide the best care and have great communication, arrive promptly to time schedule and are very caring to her every need and always engage management with any concerns regarding her care. Only ocassionaly had concerns if a new carer unsure of tasks. Which management addresses promptly.

Terrible company too many changes in staff upsetting my Mum. Never sticking to the time we have asked for just come when they feel like. Freezer door left open so many times but will not refund food spoilage. We are looking to change the company because its like talking to a brick wall. Invoices hard to understand wrong charges.

Firstly, I really like having the carers as they are very helpful in my day to day tasks. Theyâre always sociable and fun to be around.
Secondly, the office staff have always kept me updated on my care when needed. They have always provided clear communication for me.
Thirdly, I feel my care plan is suited around me. My visits have enough time for the carers which then supports me with what is needed.

Very happy with the care my uncle receives from Cera Care Grampian, the carers are so lovely and are a big help which takes a lot of the stress off my aunt, they are an absolute blessing and go above and beyond what we were expecting when we joined Cera Care. After experiencing Cera carers for the last 6 months I cannot speak to highly of this organisation. The carers themselves are now looked on as friends and my wife who is in receipt of the care looks forward to their visits . They exude confidence and professionalism. I found the management team to be both proactive and reactive , proactive in trying to preempt problems before they occur and reactive to situations that are unexpected. Thank you to all involved as without their help I donât think I would be able to cope .

My mother has been receiving care from Apex prime care Portsmouth now for over four years. I have seen several iterations of the care app and do think this one is currently the best to date. However It would help if you could leave real time messages for carers and they could leave short messages for me as my motherâs primary carer.
The relationship with the office staff is excellent from management staff to those who arrange the rotas, weekly at my request I receive an email Rota enabling me to print this off so my mother is able to keep track of the carers visiting and scheduled times. All email communications are responded to very quickly. On rare occasions when there has been a problem I have had excellent communication both written and verbal from the office staff and issues have been resolved fairly and quickly and at all times ensuring my mothers wishes and feelings are respected.
My mother generally has the same carer Mon- Fri mornings who she totally feels confident with all her personal care that is provided my mother is very fond of her and they have a lovely relationship. This carer also is very supportive to me and will contact me directly if she is concerned. Regrettably weekend carers are not consistent both in staff member or time of so my mother is unable to establish a good relationship often feeling rushed and watched at timeâs if they have arrived earlier than scheduled especially during her evening meal.
Overall I would recommend the care company and would like to thank them for their support in helping my mother live independently.

Recent changes to the Portsmouth and Havant branch have improved the customer/client relationship. Staff respond quickly to telephone calls in a friendly manner. The weekly online information of named carers visits is helpful to clients.
