Tried to return an item and they claim to have not received it. They offer no help or advice and I find it very hard to believe it went missing in transit as that's so rare. I suspect it's there at their warehouse/office but they've made some sort of error on their end. I'll obviously never but from them again and would advise others to avoid.

I have ordered a few things now very good service and if there is a problem they sort it straight away.

Would highly recommend.

I bought a product advertised as "one size fits all" (i.e., Multi-Grips) and they’re far larger than expected—significantly bigger than other competitor versions —unusable for normal-sized people. Other brands offer sizes and that matters.

I considered a return but didn’t proceed because you must pay return shipping, and if you’re in the EU you may also deal with extra customs/administrative steps when sending outside the EU—making it uneconomical.

On top of that I left a review on the product and because it is a one star review, it does not appear on the website - they hide it on purpose - a disgrace. Stay Away!

Until a more straightforward return process os offered, my advice is to stay away from this product.

Worst customer service ever !!! Avoid at all costs.
Ordered a weight belt that arrived then fell apart on second use.
I now have to pay to send this one back, they have to inspect it then offer me a refund which could all take ages and leaves me out of pocket and without a belt.
The only return label they offer is a printable one and I don’t have a printer but I was told I had no option than to sort it out myself if I wanted a refund.
So now I have to make a trip into town which costs money, visit a printers to print the label which costs money, buy a bag or box big enough to send it back which costs money and all because they sent me a rubbish product that was only fit for the bin anyway.
I have to sort all this out despite being disabled and the company is the least inclusive I have ever come across.

Bought an Infinity belt for my husband for £109.99. Has only been used 3 times and the buckle broke so that the belt can no longer be done up. Contacted Cerberus asking for a refund. Email back from customer sevices asking for the invoice and photos of the belt, so that they could sort it out. Sent them the invoice and photos a week ago, sent reminder email and further emails requesting acknowledgement of my emails to them but have heard absolutely nothing from them since. Tried to contact them by phone but couldn't get through. My husband gets a large amount of his body building equipment from them even though they are expensive because they are supposed to be quality items that last with a lifetime guarantee but we won't be buying anything else from them in future if this is what happens when the quality of an item isn't up to scratch and you can't get a response from them.

Contacted by Customer Service Cerberus UK - said they hadn't received my emails - don't know how as I answered their email and I checked that it did send. But they have sent me a replacement buckle NOT the refund that I requested. Not really the result I wanted but better than no response at all. Still will consider whether or not I bother buying from them again though.

Positives:
I had a great experience with customer service. When I reached out with an issue, the representative was very helpful, easy to get in touch with, and managed to resolve most of my concerns. The return process was smooth, and I received my new product quickly.

Negatives:
Unfortunately, the sizing wasn’t accurate. I ordered the size recommended for my measurements, but it was way off. After paying for return shipping, I received a new size, only to find that it was made from a noticeably different material—much stiffer than the previous one. This was confirmed by Cerberus themselves, with the 3XL being far stiffer than the 4XL.

I really like the sleeves and the price is great, but the inconsistency between sizes and materials means I can’t rely on ordering the right fit. As a result, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again unless they address these issues.

Snagged the Pioneer x Cerberus Lever belt during black friday, the delivery took slightly longer due to the product having to be shipped from the HQ warehouse to the swedish rep, which in the end still is preferable over paying customs or high shipping fees.

The build quality of the belt and lever are fantastic, I couldn't be more satisfied. Haven't had the time to break in the belt fully yet, but it already feels amazing for deadlifts and squats. Highly recommended.

Fantastic quality straps! They feel very durable and I know my grip is never going to limit me with these! I SLDL 5 plates & completely forget about my grip once I’m locked in!
Also, delivery was quick! Highly recommend!

Professional and customer oriented.

After ordering and paying I noticed that there was a discount offer. When I mentioned it the company applied the discount retrospectively and phoned me to let me know they had done so. This is clearly a company that looks towards developing long term relationships with its customers. A great attitude.

Ordered from Cerberus on multiple occasions and always fast, reliable and top quality equipment. Our gym has had plates (calibrated & bumper) & multiple purchases of bands and personal strength kit like elbow/knee sleeves. Highly recommended.

The belt that I received seems to be of good quality; however, the sizing was off. I have a 93 cm waist and ordered a large, but I’m just one adjustment away from the belt being too big for me.

They claim that they are happy to exchange belts if sizing is off on their website but this is not the case based on my experience with them they will simply ignore your emails.

Save yourself the potential hassle and buy from a company that actually provides customer support.

Purchased a pair of Strongman shorts from Cerberus, customer service was first class and the shorts are exactly what I was looking for I would definitely recommend Cerberus

Ordered from Cerberus multiple times over the years from lifting straps to the Kratos bar and everything in between, never ever had a bad experience.

I have bought from Cerberus on several occasions and their customer service has always been exceptional.

I had a faulty product that was outside of the return window and without issue they sent me a replacement.

The products are typically very good and I've happily returned on several occasions

First time i have bought anything from Cerberus, and i can say I am extremely please with the items I purchased. 1 pair of neoprene shorts, and and 1 10mm Infinity lever belt. After an initial mix up regarding the size, which was dealt with quickly and professionally, the returns procedure was simple and efficient. I have been powerlifting since 1979, and i recognise good quality, well made products. These are the best i have tried. I would not hesitate to recommend Cerberus products.

Put order in last Thursday (18th) order was with me by the Monday. Unfortunately a few items had to be sent back fir different sizing but returns policy very good.

Customer service amazing in view they took time to phone me to confirm my order and ensure sizes were all correct.

Replacement orders arrived today so all in all one week for initial order and returns.

All I xan say is quality is immense and highly recommended to anyone

Great company with great products😁 had their figure 8 straps and they’ve done me proud for last three years. Ordered my lever belt/underbelt yesterday came today brilliant belt and even got a pb to go with it

No incentives to write this just wanted to give a public nod of appreciation for good customer service.

I ordered 8 X 20kg bumper plates (insanely good deal - Bogof at the same price as everywhere else for a single plate!) The order arrived swiftly, but one plate wasn't delivered, I checked the consignment and it showed as being at the depot, so emailed Cerberus to give them heads up but was happy to wait, Cerberus kept an eye on the tracking and emailed updates, and then checked in to make sure that the delivery had been made (after it was marked as delivered). Just plain old fashion customer care and courtesy, little things, but make a big difference.

Looking at some of the negatives here they look like EU orders, mine was UK based so that might be the difference?

Been waiting for a hoodie since August. In the beginning the customer service seemed fine, they were apoligetic, I had patience for upto 2 months now,

When I asked for an update which they told me they would give me, they told me to contact the slatvic postoffice myself??

I live in the Netherlands how would I be able to contact the slatvic post office? Honestly ridiciolous to keep me waiting this long and then tell me to do it myself.

I am now out of pocket for the shippingcost and no birthday gift for my brother. I don't recommend this company.

Anything I’ve bought from Cerberus is and always has been of the highest quality. From there belts, to the tendon cuffs, T-shirts, grip top and many more products I’ve purchased it’s been a fast with delivery and great customer service. I’ve also used their deadlift bar which is of fantastic quality which rivals any other company out there.
