Migrated at the start of the year. Issues with e-mails running very slow on webmail.
Support staff changed my emails from webmail to outlook, much quicker and easier than webmail.
EXTREMELY patient, helpful and knowledgeable.
Will definitely use the support staff again.

Migrated in the last few months and have had 100% uptime so far so no complaints that side. The support have gone beyond when I needed a restore and a dial into my pc. Many thanks to Ash, Finn and the rest of the team

I find the support received is first class, Darren is always at hand to support and guide me through any problems that I am experiencing. Nothing is too much trouble from this friendly company.

Very helpful, whenever I've had an issue they have resolved it quickly. Even with technical questions they are great, answer instantly and continue support until the answer is found. I would highly recommend!

I have been with certa since they started the company and was one of the very first customers. i havent needed much support in a long time but in the last 3 months ive needed a considerable amount. The support has been first class and a gentleman named Ash is a credit to the company.

As recent new customer I wanted to set up a CPanel host account and found the process a little daunting. Joel kindly helped me out and when I struggled in places kindly stepped in and helped me out, I appreciated this as I had recently purchased an app and it was proving difficult to set up, but with some patience we got there in the end.

Super supportive, helpful, friendly service. Special shout out to Ash and Darren for helping me today. Thank you for your clear explanations and exceptional customer service.

Looking for email hosting Oon Google & was directed to the site from Hostfind which clearly says Certa hosting offers email hosting for 0.99p. Certas own landing page also lists "Business-class email from £ 0.99" When i enquired via chat i was given a link to their email hosting which shows the email hosting is actually £5.99. This is very misleading & the staff seem unaware or bothered or even apologetic that the prices are totally wrong.

I have been with the same Hosting company for over 10 years, due to how the increased limitations they are imposing on my domain hosting, I had to find a reliable Hosting company that was Prestashop friendly.

I'm a new customer of CertaHosting so given my short time with them (less than a month) its difficult to give a true assessment.

However, I did raise a ticket to investigate an access issues to one of my domains which I made clear I suspected was probably attributable to my ISP but could they check it for me anyway. Their response was fast, professional and courteous for which I'm grateful.

After switching from a host I found unapproachable, rude and on occasion hostile, there attitude and customer service was a breath of fresh air. Very impressed so far and I'm looking forward to a healthy and productive relationship.

I have bounced around many hosting companies, to find they aren't very good.

I currently have reseller hosting with certa, and its the best package and service i've received from any company! I have been with them a year , and still have no concerns or complaints.

Tickets are answered fast, even throughout the night. My sites or servers have never been down and they are not stringent on resources when it comes to hosting.

Absolute value for money

Took some time to choose a new host and after reviewing lots of options I decided to go for Certa. I had previously been with another host for 15 years, who has in the past 2 years delivered consistently bad service and poor quality up-time, I was losing my site connections on a daily basis too, and sometimes for over a day. I have over 160 domains and sites to migrate so this was a big decision for my company. So far after a couple of months, I have found them very good to work with, great on technical help and up-time is, so far 100%. A little slow on the ticketing replies, but I think that's a small thing. Hopes it keeps up.
