Experience is good but few things need to be changed.
1. Spending 4 hours a day it's truly difficult to absorb new technology. Specially for freshers who do not know Microsoft papers.
2. Some Course topics are skipped during training and not discuss later (MCSA-2016) for example : site policy, IIS, Print server, VM Migration
3. Not to read slide one by one, it's a time consuming process. Focus on practical more and more.
4. After completion course Q/A round should be arranged and discuss accordingly.
5. Need a sample project through which we can create industrial scenario.
6. Sometime topics are not covered in MS papers but company will ask interview questions which is abstract like site policy, IIS, Print server, VM Migration, live patching experience, diskpart cli mode, RAID configuration, http to https redirection, dns spoofing and many more.

Really very good teaching institution. Especially Manoj sir have very good grip and knowledge on Microsoft techonoly especially server side. And he went through all the old Microsoft techonoly that's really matter to understand the current technology.
