This service made our recent IRS mass mailing a breeze! Over 500 certified packets sent out and both we and our local post office owe that to CertifiedMailLabels.com!

I gave one star because I couldn’t leave zero. I cannot begin to tell you why you should not use this company. It has been almost 14 days and my certified letter has still not reached the city or state destination post office. I was guaranteed and I paid priority shipping costs to have this letter reach the destination in no later than five days and only to learn as of today. It still has not even entered the state of destination, and in fact is new states away and only to get the runaround and talking in circles from support services, which are useless

Letter not delivered within the same city and service says not aware what USPS will do with the letter even they charged 13 dollars within the same city. Nothing short of scam.

This appears to be mostly a scam to sell envelopes at a higher price. I did purchase the envelopes. I have tried twice to add funds and another credit card. I ge this message:

To confirm your account and activate all features in your Certified Mail Labels account, we need to verify your address by mailing you a verification code. A letter with the code should be delivered by the United States Postal Service within three to five business days.

No letter ever arrived and there is no customer service. The reason to add funds is that I wanted to use this service as a certified mail service whereas Certified Mail Labels performs the whole process. They make you jump through many steps that never get resolved. It's not as if this is a huge sum of money for them to perform the certified service. This whole exercise tells me that it is not a viable service.

Great site that provides labels not delivery, I see some people are confused. It's to print labels. Looks professional and when it comes to verifying your account, I called in, got verified right away. The whole phone call took me 3 minutes.

I am compelled to leave a good review. I opened an account 2 weeks ago despite not so good review and I am glad I did it! I called like 5 times on that day with numerous learning curve and how to use the system, all reps are kind and professional!! I tracked the mail that I sent, I got the email proof, everything works great! I dont need to buy labels, I can use plain paper and tape on the envelope. People, you gotta know that they provide labels not delivery! The delivery is done by USPS, so it ur mail got lost, it's USPS fault, not theirs!

NO SUPPORT! My mail was lost I called them. They said call the post office to find the letter. Really, I thought I was buying and better system than the post office. They want the money with NO SUPPORT.

Among the most painful services I've ever used. Requires you to jump through hoop after hoop, wait 3-5 days for "address verification" as if my address matters when I'm sending a letter, will not let me remove payment information but also won't let me actually buy anything. After nearly 45 minutes trying to decipher how to actually have them print and mail a PDF, I just used a completely different service that took 5 minutes and cost basically the same. I guess (and I can't know because it's not explained anywhere) that you have to register for an account, give then a credit card, wait a week for USPS to mail you a code, enter the code, and then maybe after over a week you can "quickly" send a certified letter?

These people SERIOUSLY need to have a professional look at their website because it is an absolute disaster and they should be ashamed. Beyond ashamed, really. Also be sure to use a disposable or privacy credit card because once added, there is no way to delete it and based on the rest of their site it's extremely unlikely anything is actually secure. I'm contacting my credit card company to block any charges from them just in case.

Letter was delivered in twice the time I paid for (I paid for them to mail my document, not to print out a label). Customer service was horrible - their whole approach and vibe is "not our problem, see ya."

Excellent Service and saved me so much time and money!
