Certified Renewable Solutions レビュー

I used Certified Renewable Solutions to install Sigenergy batteries and a Daikin ASHP. Both installations went very smoothly and the service provided was superb. I most appreciated the service for the ASHP, because I approached 3 other companies beforehand: one said I had no space to put the ASHP, the second said they could not provide an ASHP large enough for my property, the third said they could provide the ASHP but only near my front door, which I did not want. Ben was the only person who actually listened to what I was trying to achieve (with the ASHP in the back garden) and took the time to work out a solution for what was a somewhat more complicated installation. It was such a relief dealing with someone who tried to meet my needs rather than find a solution which made life easier for the installer. The installation itself was carried out very professionally, the workmanship was exceptional, and the garden and the house were left clean and tidy after completion. Ben and Sam have provided useful advice/aftercare and resolved a number of questions about the operation of both the battery and ASHP (and their apps) since completion. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Sam and Ben made sure the job was completed in a professional and expeditious manner. They are always to hand if I have a question and they follow through.
Based on my delivery I recommend them to others.

We have had solar panels and a battery installed by certified renewable in november 2025. We were told that they will work "a little" during the winter but really show their worth in the summer. I must say I'm very impressed as over the christmas period our electric bills have dropped dramatically so I am very excited to see how well they do in the summer.
The service we got from the whole team was exceptional, including some after care questions I had for Ben. I reached out to Ben outside of normal work hours, and he replied immediately. This company really cares for its customers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need.

We have been considering an air source heat pump for our home and spoke to Certified Renewable Solutions, after an initial positive discussion Ben visited my home to offer advice, suggestions and options. The whole experience was excellent, friendly, professional and above all knowledgeable with the focus on not only the installation of the system but also the tuning over time and on-going support, something I feel is essential with what for many of us are new technologies.

In the end we did not proceed with an installation, the reasons for this were entirely personal but as and when we decide to proceed, I will definitely contact Ben and the team at Certified Renewables. In this is another important point at no point was there any sales pressure at all, just an informed, respectful and professional discussion.

I would not normally post a review if I hadn’t proceeded with a purchase but I know many people will find themselves looking at renewable technologies uncertain of the costs and benefits. I feel it is worth saying that in my experience Certified Renewables are a very easy company to deal with, if you are considering the installation of renewables then I would have no hesitation in recommending them for an honest, knowledgeable, no pressure discussion and quote.

Great experience with Certified Renewable Solutions Ltd.
Sam and the team were very professional, explained everything clearly, and carried out a very neat and tidy installation. The system is working perfectly, and all certificates and documents were provided properly.
Highly recommended!

Sam Vakani and his team sorted out a problem with wonderful care and consideration. We are thrilled with our installation from Certified Renewable Solutions and their attention to our problem confirms that we made a good decision when using them.

Certified Renewables have added a battery to my already existing solar panel system. I am very grateful to Ben and Sam for their advice and explanations. Ben talked me through several options and helped me to decide on the way forward. The battery was fitted within days by a friendly and efficient technician who left the area clean and tidy. Communication with Ben and Sam is easy and pleasant and the aftercare excellent. I am very happy to be in such good contact with this constructive company. Highly recommended.

Certified Renewables installed our heat pump during a house renovation and I was very happy with the service. Ben provided clear advice, was patient throughout, and coordinated well with our builder. The installers, Darius and Michael, were thorough, professional, and did a great job. Pricing was competitive, and the after-sales support has been excellent – Ben is quick to respond and has fine-tuned the system for efficiency. The house is comfortable and bills remain reasonable. Had I known them earlier, I would have gone through Certified Renewables for all of my renewable kit. I’d recommend them to anyone considering a heat pump or other renewable system.

Where to start, Ben and Sam provided me with a PV and battery system when working with their previous company and arranged for me to be put on the best tariffs at the time. The system has performed above and beyond my expectations and I'm really happy with it. I have since had them, as certified renewables, increase my battery storage. There is one minor ( and I mean minor) niggle with the system, which was a shortfall from the previous company, which they are in the process of attending to. Both Ben and Sam are easy people to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to other people. For reference my system was installed in October 2024.

A quick update on 9th Dec 2025. The installation issues, which were all down to wiring errors from the original installation have now been remedied and the system works as hoped. The changeover from grid supply to battery supply is extremely quick. We tested the changeover 4 times, 2 from grid to battery, and 2 from battery to grid and only 1 clock in the house noticed any of the changeovers, which suggests that the changeover is taking less than 1 cycle of the grid. My thanks to Sam,Ben, Lee and the crew for sticking with it, even though it wasn't their mess to sort out.

Ben is the real deal. He genuinely cares about customers and will personally oversee all issues and details and continue to offer help as long as you need it. I wish him and Sam every good fortune in this important project.

Sam and his team are exceptional. From guiding me through my initial enquiries, the sales, and most importantly the after care Sam has shown, ensuring my solar panels and system are optimised to provide the lowest rates when in use. I cannot recommend Certified Renewables highly enough!

Certified Renewables handled our solar installation with precision and care. Ben guided us through the process with impressive technical knowledge, making it easy to understand what would work best for our property. Communication was excellent, timelines were met, and the quality of the work was top-notch. Everything from sales to installation felt smooth and well-organized. We’re very happy with the performance of the system and the service we received. Definitely a trustworthy and capable company.

I had a fantastic experience with Certified Renewable Solutions during the installation of my heat pump. From the initial survey to the final steps, everything was handled professionally and went exactly as planned.

Ben, who came to do the survey, was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease straight away. Sam, who managed the entire process, was incredibly helpful and always available to answer questions. Communicating with both Sam and Ben was easy and enjoyable—they were friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about their work.

I’m really happy with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Certified Renewable Solutions to anyone. Great team, great service!

All my touch points with Certified Renewables were very positive, from the initial investigation, sales, detailed survey, instalation and now with the ongoing support, information and advice.

They make a great Team and I have no hesitation in recommending them

First contact with Sam Vakani when considering solar panels. He arranged and completed all paperwork and installation team etc. On the day of installation the team was on time and very professional. They know what is to be done. I don't remember their name. But honestly if anyone considering to have solar should think of this company and I am sure will remember my few line. All I say to the company and the team WISH THEM VERY GOOD LUCK AND EVERY SUCCESS IN FUTURE.

I chose Certified Renewable Solutions because it is a local firm and Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgable when he came to discuss adding batteries to our existing solar panels. Lee, the chief engineer, was efficient when installing the batteries and corrected a wiring error from the original solar panel installation (by a different firm). Sam, Ben and Lee were all friendly and helpful.

Certified renewable solutions has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They delivered an outstanding experience from the start to finish. I really had a fantastic experience with them. The owner is professional, friendly, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help – it’s clear he genuinely cares about doing the right thing for his customers. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and committed to great service. I highly recommend certified renewable solutions to anyone considering renewable energy options.

From my first contact with Ben he was able to inform me about the products and sort out my problem.
Within a few days he was able to come and fit the new inverter and batteries. All this was done very professionally.
I would highly recommend Sam Vakani's company.

So so pleased with our ASHP! We were sceptical that it could work with our older house, and heat our water to a high enough temperature for radiators and showers but Ben assured us it would and he was absolutely right! Ben was amazing explaining the installation process, and answering our endless questions, and Sam was very efficient organising all the warranties and paperwork. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Ben was excellent when he worked for the other company explained all about the solar panels and battery backup he convinced us to go ahead and have them installed. We are so glad we took his advice and are very pleased with all the service from Ben and Sam . Good Luck in your adventure we will definitely contact Ben if we need him for advice. Ben knows his job so well we would definitely recommend him . Kevin and Liz
