Good service

Good service, quick and efficient. Competitive price. However, I spotted a small mistake in the translation I requested. The term: "Mme X, épouse Y" does not translate as Mrs X, wife of Y but rather Mrs X, married name Y or, to put it the English way: Mrs Y, nee X. Other than that, the translation was spot on.

Errors but corrected quickly

There were multiple errors in the initial translation, but Certling acknowledged the problem, issued a refund and sent me corrected translation the next day. I'm giving them five stars for honest business and transparent communication.

A really nice company to deal with

A really nice company to deal with - and I know ‘nice’ is a scorned word, but they are!
I had a translation done which sounded a bit strange; it was re-done immediately and further translations carried out in a very short time as an apology!
The opportunity to chat is very useful, especially as very friendly and responsive.
Definitely a recommendation from me!
