The positive reviews are ALL false. Their training platform for defensive driving course ( to reduce insurance premium) is HORRIBLE.. too many technical glitches to count. Why AAA ( Auto club)... もっず芋る

driving course

course was easy to follow and I was able to work around my schedule. I took course and passed test. My issue came when I wanted to receive certificate. I do not have a printer and am not tech savvy. Entered chat session and found out you could not mail certification. Entered second chat session as I did not know how to email another party to get certification printed out for me. Chatted with Gladzye Quezada who helped me in getting information to my daughter who will print out certificate and did not feel rushed in any way. She is a great employee and I was so happy she helped me resolve issue

Jonathan was so easy to deal with and


Jonathan was so easy to deal with and understood my problem right away. It was a very seamless and great process. I had good intentions of doing this course but misunderstood that Canada is governed under different jurisdiction and Jonathan was able to realize that right away and help me out with the refund. If I was American I would recommend this course and experience for anybody else every day of the week.

The ease from me informing of my problem,to it being solved was a very quick and simple process,one of the best customer services I've used.The worker that helped me,Jon,was very helpful and straight forward,he was right on the task and solved it with no Issue.

Quick resolution

the first agent I spoke to did not resolve our issue as original informed. however the second agent, Esra, got us all squared away in a very quick and responsive manner. much appreciated!!
