It's disappointing to hear the Master Series hasn’t lived up to what you were expecting. We know buying from a small business comes with a level of trust, so when the watch doesn’t feel right in hand, that matters to us.

We put a lot of work into this model, not only with the watch itself, but also with our product team to make sure the website images reflect the individual products as closely as possible. The dial is clearly a positive for you, which is good to hear, but the other points around finishing, polish, and especially the bent clasp are things we’d like to understand properly.

Our watches go through QA at multiple stages before they reach customers, but we’re not too proud to say we’re always learning and always trying to improve. As a small business, we care deeply about getting the details right.

We’re always striving to do more, and while we won’t get every detail right for every person, we do take detailed feedback seriously.

We’ve reached out to you by email so we can look into this in more detail and better understand what’s happened here.

Really pleased to hear the ordering experience, communication, case finishing and dial execution all landed well.

On the movement point, our calibres are supplied as manufactured and regulated, and like all mechanical movements there is a natural tolerance range that can vary unit to unit. We did carefully consider alternatives like Miyota during development, but at this entry-level positioning the cost difference would have added a significant uplift, and we made a deliberate decision to keep value at the forefront. That said, it’s absolutely something we continue to evaluate across future collections as the brand evolves.

We also appreciate the broader notes on bracelet options, it's something we're looking to really open up in 2027.
