They did not follow ethical guidelines.
They gave him a behavioural warning, the Lucas decided to make him leave,
They kept his money, saying he could come back to finish program, HOLLY gave him a re-entry date, but it was removed because a new paying customer had arrived.
He died because of their unethical practices, negligence and Greed.
