Chadwick Health are a fantastic company who were very attentive and great at explaining the benefits of both private healthcare and also a dental programme. I would highly recommend using Chadwick Health.

Mark provides an exceptional service. He took care of everything for us and guided us through each step of the process. We achieved a significant saving on our monthly premiums whilst maintaining continuity of cover for all our staff. Highly reccomended.

Mark was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I needed to renew our business healthcare insurance, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process straightforward. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Not only did Mark save us money on our renewal, but he also secured a much better policy than the one we previously had, giving us improved cover and better value.

Just set up with Chadwick Health a few weeks ago. Came from a random sales call, which I’d usually ignore. Mark was extremely open and helpful throughout the setup process. Answered clearly and professionally any queries we had. Even called today to make sure everything in our plan was ok and advised he was always available to call if any issues come about. A new customer but so far experience is 10/10 so would highly recommend if looking for health cover

As a newly appointed Office Manager with no predecessor there was a long list of administration tasks and projects waiting for me when I started a new role last month.
Following a 4-letter brief “sort Private Medical Insurance” I found the whole world of PMI confusing, and overwhelming.
Until I spoke with Mark at Chadwick Health.
His ability to break things down into simple terms was an immediate relief. On every interaction he was clear on which stage of the process we were at, what decisions were needed, and what to expect.
More than this, Mark was accessible, responsive and if a callback was needed they happened as promised, and you can’t put a price on that!
Mark dealt with various nuances for our employees, liaising with the chosen insurer reducing effort on my part.
The premiums were considerably less than we were expecting, but the real value for money is the personal service from Mark. I would 100% recommend Chadwick Health.
