They encourage good posture by raising the chair legs, keeping knee height below the hips. You can flip your blocks upside down to choose one of two height settings to achieve the best posture. Game changing!
These are fantastic! Make a huge difference. Especially great for low theatre chairs which slope backwards. Much less bulky and awkward to carry around in a bag than a cushion too. I use the Strad Chair blocks just on the back legs of the chair and for me that has turned a totally uncomfortable chair into a really comfortable one with no aches and pains.
