First delivery by DPD the parcel was damaged and goods missing. However was really impressed by how my phone call to the company was handled and a replacement item delivered in 24 hours.

The Customer Service Rep worked with me as I wasn't sure what seat I needed. He sent me pictures to help me pick the correct one.
I was able to track my order too.
It was great that I was able to purchase just the seat rather than ordering a brand new chair (the rest of the chair is still in good condition) which saved my employer money as help as helping the environment.

Seemed to be the only place with the chair part I needed and supplied an extra screw I requested, delivery was fast and item was well packed, thank you

Great customer support via email. Very responsive. Sent pics of old part I wanted to replace and they verified that I was ordering the correct replacement. Saved me having to buy a whole new chair. Would definitely use them again.

I was lost, so many choices, how the hell was I going to work out what was the right part? My chair was giving me random sinking feeling and constantly needed adjustment, trying to get the budget to replace it wasn't flying. Small order but good service. Was looking for a retaining clip for a chair gas lift cylinder. This was the best price by far. Delivery with simple logistics, order acknowledgement and dispatch notification. Good enough if the part arrives in a reasonable time frame - next day in this case, so credit where due.
