The Chair Clinic Ltd レビュー

I bought this device to separate the chair from its base, as the rise/lower operation wasn’t working. We couldn’t separate the parts manually. This device worked perfectly, so we were able to fix the chair. Happy days 😊

The spare parts required for my human scape office chair were delivered on time and efficiently and fitted perfectly. Thank you chair clinic.

The gas-strut on my home-office operator's chair had been failing for some time, but it was out of warranty. And as there was nothing else wrong with it, replacing the entire chair seemed wasteful and expensive.

A brief internet search revealed the existence of the Chair Clinic and after taking the measurements of the faulty item and watching their helpful videos on how to change a defective gas strut, I ordered the new unit, which arrived within a few days of ordering.

I then followed the company's instructions on how to remove the faulty unit and fit the new one ......and hey presto, my chair is now operating perfectly once again, all for the cost of £31.80, including delivery!

I was really delighted with the the entire process, and so based upon my experience I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to others.

Very fast turnaround and delivery. Responsive to communications. Happy with product.

Items delivered quickly - exactly what we wanted - touch pricey but hey ho

Great servic, fast delivery and good packaging.

New gas cylinder revived my chair. Clear description, reasonable price, fast delivery.

From ordering the item to getting it delivered it was very efficient in time , delivery and happiness with the item chosen.

Having been given the run around by a "premium" chair maker, Adrian couldn't have been more helpful. He researched my chair and was able to recommend a replacement gas lift. Delivery was prompt. Part fitted straight in and chair now back to its best. Highly recommend the Chair Clinic team!

No reply to email asking for refund advice

My Eames chair, from mid-1980s, needed a replacement gas lift, but part had been discontinued. CC explained how to replace the internal cylinder, which was still available. Chair is now transformed into full working order, after maybe 20 years!

Friendly, helpful and rapid service

Easy ordering system, quick correct delivery, easy to fit.
What more could you ask for?

Excellent advice and support from Adrian at TCCL. Would recommend and use again.

Not knowing anything about replacing the gas cylinder on my office chair I found it very difficult to find a replacement that looked like mine and was the right size. The Chair Clinic has a good selection of different cylinders including mine which apparently is a Class 4 cylinder. They had the right size in stock. I ordered on Tue 6pm and it arrived by FedEx at 2pm Thu. It arrived well packaged. Their website showed how to remove the gas lift clip so that I could fit it in the chair and now I have a great office chair that goes up and down as it should. Thank you.

Chat confirmed the strut I need for the chair. Ordered it arrived very quickly and fitted. Thanks
