The Chair Cover Company レビュー

I should say firstly that the covers are soft and comfortable and fit my sofa well.
It would have been helpful to have the colour names beside the photos on the website. I was looking for a dark brown colour so ordered ‘brown’ as opposed to the other brown one which is called ‘coffee’. The colour I got was paler than I wanted so perhaps the coffee colour was the one I should have ordered. They will do for now but clearer info re which colour is which would be appreciated.
Parcel took a week from ordering to delivery which was longer than I expected. I didn’t receive a tracking number initially but used the enquiry form and got a prompt reply back from customer service.

I was really impressed with every aspect
The price the quality and the speed off the delivery

Great communication, service and next day delivery - will order again

Aroonaa (Midlands Chair Cover Hire)

The elasticated chair covers arrived promptly considering its just 2 weeks before Xmas, I love the colour and they look fantastic on our chairs, I wont hesitate to buy other colours and I have recommended to Friends and Family, keep up the good work.

Order hasn’t arrived and I have sent two messages to the company asking for an up to date status of the order. It’s been over a week and neither of my messages have been responded to.
They have no telephone number on there website which to me says a lot?!
A very professional company and I recommend you avoid ordering with them.
If I have yet heard from them by Monday I’ll be contacting my credit card company for hem to take the issue up directly with them.

Ordered from this company through there Amazon page , ordered a front door bow Christmas decoration and my order was never delivered, had to wait over a week to be able to get a refund from Amazon and will be waiting another 5-7 days for my refund to get back to me.
Won’t be ordering again from these, and after some of the reviews on it’s not the first time ordered have not been delivered.

Product never arrived despite order marked as shipped. No tracking information and company went silent when making enquiries. Having to go through PayPal for refund. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 70+ black and gold chair sashes plus 15 Table Runners.

The quality was really good, and the price competitive as I did a lot of shopping round before placing my order. I would buy from this Company again.
