This is the first time we had used Chalk street. The experience from when Jack first came to our house to discuss the procedure and market the house, to showing prospective buyers around was very good.Mandy finally managed to get an exchange of contracts ( although stressful, thanks to the owner of the house we were buying)went the extra mile to finally get an agreement.

This is the 3rd time we have used Chalk Street in the last year to sell properties and everytime the experience with the team has been great.

Whether initially engaging them, to marketing, showing buyers around, to the actual sales process. They are always fully engaged and go above the norm to help facilitate a smooth transaction.

Having originally bought a property through Chalk Street in 2021, we were impressed with the way they kept us updated on the progress of the purchase which was great being a first time buyer. Mandy always made sure we knew what was going on.
Our good experience made us want to use Chalk Street to sell, and we were seen by Jack who talked us through all our questions and gave reassurances where necessary. Mandy again has made sure we are up to date with any developments with our buyer and has also been keeping our buyer in the loop while we found our next property while not applying any pressure which we have very much appreciated. This is one of the reasons that we decided to go with Chalk Street as they seem to be more friendly and less pushy than other estate agents we have come across in the area.
The property that we are now in the process of buying is also through Chalk Street. Everyone we have dealt with has been very transparent, honest and friendly throughout. Lois has always been happy to help with any queries and booking viewing appointments, and Faye was great when it came to making an offer on a property and guiding us where we needed it.
All in all it has been a welcome experience of what can be the most stressful period of people’s lives, so we appreciate all they’ve done.

We have recently exchanged contracts on our sale which has dragged on for some time but Chalk Street has helped greatly in making everything go through. Kept us informed all along of developments

Faye has been nothing but supportive throughout my search for a property, her communication has been proactive and the service provided has been outstanding. She has been very informative given this is my first mortgage and has helped make the progress much easier for me.
The team at chalk street have also been supportive in passing on messages left for Faye, who in return has contacted me as soon as possible.

We purchased a home in Hornchurch through Chalk Street. Couldn't speak highly enough of the team! They catered for a late change in viewing time, Lois the office manager was kind enough to show us round when we were running late. Jack dealt with the negotiations professionally and ensured mutually agreeable outcomes and Mandy did a fine job ensuring the Solicitors kept to their deadlines. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend!

I also like the set fee so that you know exactly what you are paying from the offset (which is also cheaper than other agents as a bonus). I would highly recommend Chalk Street, indeed I used them because they sold my daughter's house. The team are all so incredibly helpful. I liked the fixed fee to sell the house, and from the outset it has been a pleasure dealing with everyone, but a special mention to Ben who started the ball rolling to Mandy who made a concerted effort to move things along for us keeping the pressure on the solicitors and brokers to close the sale. Great people to work with, and good value too.

They were so helpful on every step of the way. They chased solicitors when I needed and answered every question whenever asked. They always got back to me straight away. I couldnt have asked for a better estate agent, I'm a first time buyer and they were so supportive for the whole process.

The whole team are friendly and all work together unlike other companies where employees are not interested if they're not making the sale. Fantastic team and work ethic.
