This was a great trip I'll never forget. I learnt so much about culture and history. Vietnam is a spectacular country to visit, with it's bays and busy roads. I would recommend it!

They helped me throughout the whole experience and were very welcoming, the places we stayed and went were amazing and the food they provided was delicious. The challenges abroad team guided and taught us a lot about Thailand and their culture.

The trip was a once in a lifetime experience where I got to really experience a new culture. I met amazing new people and made friends for life. The Thai team was incredible and made us all feel very relaxed straight away. The only reason for the 4 star review was that communication prior to the trip was lacking.

The children were amazing and appreciative, with great support and guidance from the on site team. Expect to laugh and cry and make great friendships and memories

Back from my volunteer experience in Nepal. It was such an amazing summer thanks to Challenges Abroad and the local team! Even before travelling to Nepal, the team provided me with the information needed and helped me through every step. Furthermore, the volunteer workshops were life-changing! I became a team with experienced people and focused on developing workshops to deliver to learners! There was a lot of communication and everyone was so friendly. I had the opportunity to learn about teamwork, management, decision-making skills and more! The cultural experience on weekends were a big bonus as well. 100% recommendation for students.

Thank you to the Challenges Abroad team! Everyone we worked with was so lovely, fun and relaxed and they really put everyone at ease. It's safe to say I had the trip of a lifetime in Panamá and have been inspired to travel to South America now! I was able to use my Spanish which was great practice and we all felt part of the local community, really getting to know the children we taught. ¡Muchas gracias una vez más!

A fantastic opportunity that I wouldn’t have been able to experience without Challenges Abroad! Having a tour guide enabled us to communicate with locals & try places that we wouldn’t have otherwise known about!

I had the best time! All the cultural activities were very interesting and taught me a lot about the country. I loved the culture and despite it being incredibly different to home it was an amazing experience and there were lots of aspects which I admire! The workshops were incredibly rewarding and I loved planning and doing them. Getting to know all the children was really amazing and I felt supported throughout the entire journey.

Challenges Abroad was a once in a lifetime experience. I've made lifelong memories that I share with a fantastic group of people. I had no expectations what I was in for but I couldn't have asked for better support. The in-country team are fabulous and showed great care, kindness and a sense of humour. They kept the students busy when we weren't supporting in the school and by the end of the trip none of us wanted to leave. Would I sign up and do it again? … without any hesitation!

I’ve just come back from the programme in Vietnam and couldn’t recommend it enough. The whole experience has been so fulfilling and eye opening. Whilst we had day trips planned for us to see different parts of the culture, we also worked with and had an impact on amazing people in different locations. Anyone who has a chance to work with challenges abroad I highly recommend you do it! The whole experience is life changing for the better!

I could recommend Challenges Abroad any better, I have just come back from the incredible Tanzania trip. The impact it’s left on me after two weeks is incredible. I learned so much about culture, people and life. I was shown the beautiful aspect of day to day living in Tanzania and was supported heavily throughout it.

a week ago i arrived home from travelling to cambodia for two weeks with my college. this experience was life changing and i’m considering participating in another challenges abroad trip !

This experience was incredible. I was able to go with college and took part in the Thailand program. The work was tough, but incredibly rewarding and given the chance I'd so it again.

The in country staff were amazing in helping our group settle in and supporting us throughout our time in Thailand.

The food was very good!!
