Had a serious issue and they told me to send a complaint to a special email, no live handling. Got an auto-reply and that was it for a week. It doesn’t feel like they take problems seriously.

I grabbed the welcome bonus thinking extra money, right? Then the wagering requirements hit me. It’s like reading legal homework. I kept playing and somehow my balance went to zero before I understood what I was supposed to do. Just not clear at all.

Constant little windows popping up saying “Player X just won Y”. It’s obviously to make you think everyone else is winning. I turned off notifications, but they still show sometimes. Feels manipulative.
