The Lebanese cuisine is undoubtedly the most typical expression and taste of Middle East. This is an extremely varied cuisine, characterised by the use of a lot of vegetables, chicken and lamb. Also interesting are the fish dishes and excellent hors d'oeuvres of vegetable (mezzeh). The Lebanese cuisine is based on the use of fresh ingredients and flavorful spices and refined, which summaries the best aspects of Mediterranean cuisine with a French twist. At Chamisse we do follow the traditional standards of preparation inorder to preserve the taste and quality of the food. Chamisse is incredible

Chamisse deserves more than 5 stars. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with warmth and kindness, and once you taste the food you can instantly tell how much love is put into it. The authentic Lebanese cuisine is out of this world and I highly recommend their cheese sambousk - one of my favourite of all time. Chamisse isn't just a restaurant, it's an experience - beautiful food, wonderful staff, and a feeling of genuine love in every detail. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back.
