All my deposits to PayPal as directed was never received. I kept doing this over the last year before I came across experts from GlobalAidRecovery that helped me realize I’ll keep going that circle with no response from their support. I was able to get a charge back on the recent wires and more of what I thought was already lost. I will not recommend dealing with this company.

Absolute scam. I tried to exchange $75 from Skrill to Paypal two months ago. Sent the money as directed, then nothing. I kept checking in with customer service waiting for my Paypal payment. Never came. Was promised a refund if the transaction failed. I never received a refund. Now my login information no longer works. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! THEY ARE THIEVES!

Most recent review, on 29 October 2025. Don't deposit any money, they will say the the exchange process will be completed in 45 minutes, the reality is that it won't happen in the next 45 years... Absolute scam.... You want to convert your money,go to Paypal,Skrill......This is just a pure scam....

I placed an exchange order. In the chat, they explained it will be transferred within 2hrs. But , still it shows processing. After multiple follow up in email and chat, no reply. After a week all the chat is deleted. Then the messaged me to assist consider me a new client. They simply said extremely sorry and raised a ticket RR46986438 and suggested it will be credited in 24 hrs. After a week no money credited and no reply. Full fake review and testing.

I sent $100 from Skrill to Changebuz they were supposed to exchange it into PayPal and it's been 5 days now and they have never sent it to PayPal. I was told that I surely would get it in PayPal just wait the time frame which was a maximum of 72 hours now they won't respond. I've tried their chat service and email and have been ignored. Their site says that they have phone service but I can't find a phone number for them anywhere. I want my money back don't trust this company. Changebuz stole My money

ChangeBuz is not trustworthy. Be careful – they are keeping clients’ money without completing transactions

Its a scam. Don’t send them ur money

After a huge research, I have found "changebuz.com" to exchange the money earned from freelance through Skrill to Paytm INR. Providing good customer service also

I want to warn everyone about my terrible experience with Changebuz.com, a so-called "e-currency exchange" platform.

On July 7, 2025, I sent $78.04 USD from my Payeer wallet to the Payeer account listed by Changebuz, expecting to receive a bank transfer of $74.14 USD to my account in Palestine.

To this day, the transaction status remains “Processing” on their website. It has been over [X days], and I have received no funds, no reply to my emails, no answer on Telegram, and no update through their support.

I contacted Payeer, and they confirmed the money was successfully withdrawn to the Changebuz account. They also took action against the receiving Payeer wallet because of suspicious behavior.

This company is completely unresponsive and may be fraudulent. I have all the screenshots, receipts, and email confirmations to prove this.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Changebuz at all costs.
