From knowing about to know how to...!
There are many conceptual change models and even more interpretations of how to use them out there. Change Proud's learning program provides an indispensable resource for anyone wanting a cohesive approach with practical tools to transform 'knowledge of' to actual doing. Even for experienced practitioners, this program is likely to provoke fresh perspectives. Grateful I found it.

A great resource with templates that…
A great resource with templates that can be used straight away. I would definitely recommend. Only thing i would like to see is more examples of how the templates should be filled in.

This training programme is exceptional
This training programme is exceptional, one of the most comprehensive I've seen. Whether you're a HR professional, a graduate of the behavioural sciences, or involved in the facilitation of change programmes, this is worth reviewing. The programme is incisive at guiding you through the maze of how to do change well, and how to take people with you. I recommend it highly.
