We created Changes From Within to offer something many people quietly long for but rarely find — a space where they can slow down, listen within, and reconnect with what is real. Our work is centred on retreats, spiritual guidance, mediumship, energy work, existential health and leadership from within. Everything we offer has grown out of our own journeys and the many people we’ve supported over the years. We don’t try to fix anyone. We don’t push beliefs or methods. We simply meet people where they are and help them reconnect with their own clarity, intuition and inner strength. Some come to us for healing or support after a difficult period. Others come because they feel something calling from within — a need for deeper meaning, alignment and authenticity. And some join our retreats just to experience stillness again, away from the noise of everyday life. Whether we are working one-to-one, leading a group, or guiding leaders and organizations, our intention is always the same: to hold a grounded, honest and compassionate space where people can feel safe, open up, and remember who they truly are.
