I participated in a workshop on Building Readiness and Adaptability. It was very much interesting with theory as well as practical activity.

Today’s session on Navigating Uncertainty and Building Readiness and Adaptability was truly a fruitful and enlightening experience. It offered deep insights into how we can prepare ourselves mentally, emotionally, and practically to face uncertainty with confidence and clarity.
