It is the first time we used Chania Rentals, and we had a good experience with them. The Villa we booked was outstanding and we can only recommend this company so far! We will continue using it, to find our next holiday destination.

Villa Aurora exceeded all our expectations. It was perfectly located - although only 5 minutes drive from Maleme with its beach, restaurants and amenities, it truly felt like you were getting away from it all. Nestled in the hills, surrounded by olive groves with the most amazing sea views and currently not overlooked at all, it was so peaceful. We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed the space! The villa could easily sleep 9 or 10 and was beautifully decorated in a contemporary style. The pool and the extensive garden were perfect for our kids, aged 8 and 5. There are an abundance of fruit trees and aromatics, which we made use of when barbecuing. The villa has huge windows to make the most of the incredible views on all aspects, so is light and airy, and there are insect screens on all windows which are very useful. We visited the beautiful beaches at Falassarna (about 35 mins) and Elafonisi from the villa (1hr 20), as well as Chania (30 mins) and Rethymno (1hr). Booking through Chania rentals was very easy and the manager was always very prompt in responding to queries I had. The owners of the villa were lovely and very helpful and we feel very privileged we were the first people to stay in this outstanding villa.

Without doubt, we had the best family holiday we've ever had. Vasilis was friendly and immediately made us feel at home. Villa Stema was excellent; we really enjoyed using the pool, and I never got tired of the views of the valley, the sea and beautiful sunset. I also loved picking fresh lemons from the tree.

It is also a great location for doing whatever you want. We did an introduction to scuba diving and snorkeling near Chania, walked down the Irini gorge, visited some quieter beaches (and others more touristy), ate out or had an evening BBQ at the villa and visited a Greek/Roman archaeological site (Aptere). I would definitely recommend it!

House was okay. View was outstanding. Furniture and kitchen were in good condition. Bathrooms were not luxury. Small, and the showers were almost worthless. Showerholders couldn't hold the shower heads. Although the host came to fix one of the showers, it didn't fix the lack of water pressure upstairs. The shower downstairs I had to fix with a screwdriver I bought.
Pool was really good, and so was the barbecueshack.
With a little extra efforts this house could actually become "luxury".

The service was perfect, we appreciate the contact, the rapidity of the answers, the explanation for the road, ....

Used Chania Rentals twice now and I have no hesitation in making a strong recommendation. The quality of the two villas has been really excellent, the service has been highly responsive - with answers to questions received very quickly, car hire has worked like clockwork with no pressure for add-ons at the Airport and balance payment has been made days rather than weeks (or months) in advance. Pity they only do villas in the Chania area!! But if that's where you want to go (and who wouldn't) give them a go!!

Lefteris Villa was absolutely amazing! Lefteris and Alexandria are magnificent hosts and all of the Maleme area is wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Chania Rentals are absolutely excellent and the villa that we rented via their website was 5 Star and First Class. We had a fantastic and trouble free holiday.

The Villa is very nice, clean and is well distributed. Beautiful views and surroundings. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom (good showers and water pressure) and the beds are very comfortable. We used the bbq a few nights and it was great! The kitchen was missing a few pots and pans and could have had more everything: glasses, cutlery, etc. The owner and the cleaning staff were nice and accommodating.

Customer service was excellent would recommend them to anyone.
The website was so easy to use and they were always available to answer any questions. Their recommended taxi service was top class too

Everything was well arranged. It is a pity we couldnot reach your office by phone upon arrival. We arrived 1,5 hour earlier. We were lucky we could contact the owner and accendently bounced into the men who delivered the car

Perfect service. Chania rentals always responded swiftly to emails. We paid everything in advance and there were no problems at all.

The villa was just what we were after - in the small hillside hamlet of Mathes, a few minutes above the town of Georgioupolis - with beautiful views from the pool, windows and balconies. Two good tavernas in the hamlet, with lovely views to the sea and the town below.
The owners of the villa (who also run an excellent family restaurant in the town - Vasilikos), were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. If we wanted anything, they were so helpful.
