Haus ruhig gelegenen im Olivenhain. Die Nachbarvilla stört überhaupt nicht (Bäume dazwischen). Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, alles vorhanden bis sogar Licht und Steckdose am Grillhaus. Besser gehts nicht.
Der Besitzer ist überaus zuvorkommend und stellt kostenlos Olivenöl und Raki in die Küche. Hausservice 2 mal/Woche. Manos gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Essen gehen.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr viel unternommen. Gewandert, geschnorchelt, gesegelt, Mountainbiketour zur Balosbay (ein Traum).
Die Sonnenaufgänge und Untergänge auf den 2 Dachterrassen waren immer wunderbar - mit Blick aufs Meer. Herrlich!

Our week in a villa in Georgioupolis was everything we had hoped for: a villa close to the town and beaches which offered accommodation for a family group of mixed ages. We had such a warm welcome and the villa was of a very high standard.

Everything about dealing with Chania Rentals is easy. From booking the villa through to getting there. Everyone involved was fantastically helpful and I'll be booking with them next year.

This was our second holiday-letting experience with Chania Rentals and just like our summer 2015 experience we were very happy with the communication and response. We will definitely return to Crete in the future and be using Chania Rentals again. Thank you also for organising car hire on both occasions. We had such a great time in Crete this summer.

We have rented the excellent Villa Stella at Maleme through Chania Rentals. They are very efficient and respond immediately to reservation enquiries and other questions. Their car hire people are very good.

Beautiful place with outstanding views across the valley.
Spacious house with comfy beds.
Margarita and George were friendly people who were about if needed.
It was good to have fresh eggs if needed and pick your own fresh veg from their garden.
Would definitely return

Chania Rentals is a very professional and highly reliable company. The quality of the house we rented was perfect and matching for sure all descriptions on the site. When contacted, they always reply very fast and ensure they satisfy you. We also used them to rent a car, and all was arranged as we requested with the local car company waiting for us at the airport. We will recommend them for sure and use again their service when going back to Creta

Stumbled across Chanai Rentals when trying to find a villa to rent on Crete. The response to my enquiry and subsequent questions was always very prompt and even provided further information that I had not thought of to help in finding a villa. It was my lucky day when I contacted Chanai Rentals and would recommend them to anyone looking for accommodation on Crete.

Chania Rentals were easy to deal with and made our holiday villa rental a uncomplicated experience. The choice of properties were excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend. Well done Chania Rentals.

We stayed at Campos Villa. Two children (5 and 8 yrs) and grandparents plus the two of us. The villa was just as the pictures, in a great location within easy walking of village and beaches. Christie and the team in the office were brilliant and couldn't help us more.
All in all a great holiday. We didn't to leave especially the pool.

The Donnellys

We have had a wonderful stay for 2 weeks in the Euphoria Villa. The villa has great views to the swimming pool and sea views from the terrace. The rooms are large enough and equipped with spacious wardrobes. The kitchen is well equipped and large enough. The pool has a beautiful location to over the house and is 3 times a week maintained by the owner. We have never experienced better service during our vacation than this year. A great reception of Manolis during our arrival. He had secured enough food and drinks in the fridge, so you don't need right away to the supermarket to do some shopping. The house is cleaned at least once every week and regularly provided with clean towels and bed linen. At each visit by Manolis he brought something with it: fresh oranges, pastries, herbal teas or other regional products. Thanks to the quiet and beautiful location of the villa a 10-minute walk from the village of Plaka with some restaurants, we have had a great holiday. In Plaka we have the best experience with the Italian restaurant "Una faccia Una razza". Manolis, thank you for this great experience. You know what hospitality means.

Very nice house, wonderful view and great owners!

Villa Victoria is a very comfortable and tastefully well-appointed villa which is set in a beautiful location with views over the lake and the sea.
Gianni, the host is very hospitable and thoughtful and always bringing presents of local fruit and produce.
Perfect peaceful retreat with a lovely swimming pool and areas to relax.

Everything in the house is in very good shape, everything works - airconditioning, dish washer, washing machine. Sufficient warm water. Good fridge and freezer. Ample kitchen ware. Two types of coffee makers (one with filters, one Dolce Gusto). Clean. Very comfortable beds.
Walking distance to the beach which is quiet.
Small but nice pool.
Very friendly owner, very approachable.
The only thing we regretted was that there was no roofed parking space for the car.... it got very hot inside ;-)

We spent two weeks in the villa. Two families with 4 children. Stemavilla is super perfect for family holiday and the hospitality of the owner Vasilis is the best we ever experienced. The villa is well accessorized and with all what you need. A nice and cozy green around the villa is what you want to unwind after an entire year spent spinning around. The pool is also well maintained, as much as the entire villa, and offers the chance to easily spend a day home when you do not bother driving to a beach.
Very nice beaches are ten minutes drive from the villa and with some longer drive you easily reach gorgeous places such as Elafonissi or Palos.
The position of the villa is strategic for either reaching a wide variety of beaches or for jumping in the seasonal people stream downtown Chania or for an easier stroll along the seaside in the closest village of Maleme.
To summarize, is a villa I would strongly recommend to everybody I care of.

We rented a villa via Chania Rentals and later added a hire car. The service was very good with clear communication and fast replies to our questions. Everything went very smoothly when we arrived in Crete. Very pleased.

Great views,beautifully presented and great o spend three weeks holiday here.
The only downside was the drive which was very steep,but this seems to be a very Cretian thing especially as you are on a hill side

Servizio puntuale e preciso. Automobile in ottime condizioni generali. Il personale dell'agenzia era in attesa, come stabilito, all'aeroporto. Abbiamo impiegato 10 minuti a sbrigare le pratiche, saldare ed avere l'auto a disposizione. Anche la riconsegna della vettura è stata immediata, nonostante il parcheggio si trovasse a qualche km dall'aeroporto.
Pienamente soddisfatti! 5 stars service!

We planned our trip with the help of Chania rentals; our rented car was waiting for us at the airport, we booked the lovely villa ERATO in Gavalachori. ( best host ever: Stelios)
