bad customer service
I ordered a perfect paint from little greene but everytime I contacted for some reason I received a cold reply as if Chapel Interiors was doing me a favour. So no I don't recommend this shop, for the same price I find others suppliers online available

Your order for 4 x 250ml tins was processed and dispatched promptly and delivered next day. After your order had already been shipped, you contacted us to request a change to a 1 litre tin. At that stage, we were unfortunately unable to make any amendments.
We do understand your request and why this may have been frustrating, however as the order had already been fulfilled and sent correctly as placed, we weren’t able to offer a discount.
We always aim to be as helpful and responsive as possible, and we’re sorry if this didn’t come across as clearly as it should have on this occasion.

Excellent paint retailer
I buy all my Farrow and Ball and Little Greene paint from here as the service is great and they often have better offers than buying from the manufacturers direct.

Customer Service Lacking
Bought 1 Litre can of Little Greene paint, the consistency was like liquid and not like the Intelligent Eggshell we had bought previously. I politely complained and was told it obviously hadn’t been in the shaker long enough and was told to shake it/ stir it myself. We had already stirred it etc ourselves. No offer of a replacement despite previously buying a lot of paint from Chapel Interiors. Needless to say we won’t be buying anything else from them. No customer service whatsoever.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations on this occasion, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
To clarify, darker Little Greene colours can have a finer or more fluid consistency than lighter shades. This is due to the higher pigment levels required to achieve deeper colours, which can also result in some natural separation. For this reason, thorough mixing by hand or machine is recommended to ensure the paint performs as intended.
We understand how this may have been frustrating and we recognise that clearer guidance and reassurance should have been provided, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve how we communicate this going forward.
