I was confused at first setting the chargeback alerts up for my stripe account but they have an amazing support team. Especially Jack from support helped me through at every step of the way.
Great platform. Chargebacks are frustrating but it got way more manageable since we've started using chargeback.io. Also their rates are great compared to competitors.
