I had a good experience with this store. I ordered the "Rainbow Gay Pride LGBT Leaf and Fire Inspired Ruffle Boa" from Argentina, and it arrived in just 2 weeks—well ahead of the estimated time. The product quality is fantastic, and the customer service was exceptional. They were responsive and helpful throughout, especially when I had trouble with the payment. After placing my order with Charismatico (very easy process) I had a few issues with the delivery which was not there fault, it was due to Parcel Force uk delivering my parcel to a different location and unable to find it. I contacted Charismatico and within a couple of hours I had a reply and advised me my order would be remade and sent ASAP. The after sales service was nothing short of exceptional and within 2 weeks my order was at my door. Amazing Service, Amazing Product & Amazing experience shopping with you. Your worth 6* but I guess 5* is the highest I can give THANK YOU 💙
My experience ordering and shopping with Charismatico was outstanding. The costumes I ordered were exactly as advertised on the website. I am very impressed with not only the quality of the garments, but also the excellent communication, production/delivery time estimates and service you have provided during the whole experience. I will not hesitate to order from you again and, in fact, I have recommended your website to many "dance Mum's" that I know. (I ordered from New Zealand and the estimate was 6 weeks for production and delivery but it took 4 weeks for two costumes). As far as measurements go, all was perfect but next time I will add a cup size and request that the leotard bottom on one of the costumes be a fuller brief in the back.
I recently ordered a coat from CHARISMATICO and had a fantastic experience with this store. They had excellent customer service and were quick to reply to my questions.
The coat took about 5 weeks to arrive by DHL and it was exactly as I ordered it from sizing to color. It was such a relief considering some of the experiences I've had ordering custom clothing over the internet where sometimes they send the wrong color and/or the size is completely off. They weren't necessarily the cheapest option on the internet, but they were certainly the most responsive, professional, and reliable I've used. Always responsive to my questions and provided quick updates when I asked.
I highly recommend checking out their site. They have never-ending options and styles it seems like!
Oh, and it is all custom made too which is wonderful so that you can ensure a good fit.
I don't normally take time to write long reviews like this, but I am so happy with the quality of service and quality of the outfit I ordered, I decided to take a comment to leave a review. If you're looking for a custom outfit, you should definitely check them out!
I recently had the pleasure of shopping at CHARISMATICO and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The attention to detail and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. The materials used in my costumes were durable and suitable for my dancing. The pricing is reasonable, the overall value is exceptional considering the quality of the costumes and the level of service provided.
My trust in this store has been solidified, and I look forward to future costume endeavors with them. Five stars well-deserved
