Scam! Save your money from them! You can’t trust them at all! Do even get your self involved with them👎

I did not use the product. I was genuinely interested but hired someone else. They continue to call me every Monday or Tuesday. I started off politely letting them know to assertively asking to be removed from their list to getting upset with them for not adjusting. Today Alec called me for the 5th time since I politely let them know I would not be interested and I asked how we get my name off the list and he hung up on me. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this spam is bordering on harassment and unethical. They need to leave people alone.

The reviews on here are fake. Do no trust them. This guy and his team are scammers.
Coaches please stay away!!!!

I lost 6kg on this program! It’s straight forward and easy to follow. The best thing is having Jade to set out my meals, motivate me, answer my questions and just be a massive support throughout. It takes guess work out of everything especially when you’re second guessing yourself- you may not be sure how many calories you need or when to increase / decrease them or when to increase your movement for instance. I’ve actually learned a lot about my body’s needs and how to get the changes I desire. Jade is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to diet & training. I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and even if I could have done it alone - it was so much easier, more informative and educational using CJ Coaching.

If you are ready to change your nutrition and your life, this is the perfect choice!!!

I'm so happy and grateful with this program, and Jade has been fundamental to my success; she has accompanied me through the entire process, teaching me and supporting me every time I need it. I have gone through a similar program before but it was super traumatic and tiring, in contrast with Jade it has been smooth, and I have unlearn some bad habits that come from the diet culture and body shaming. It has been a boost to my self-esteem and confidence.
If you want to change your mindset, reach your fitness and health goals, I fully recommend it!

I’ve been with jade since 2020 and I couldn’t ask for a better coach, she understands fitness is a lifestyle and makes it as easy as possible to fit it into your current lifestyle and schedule. Completely mis sold to and misled. Asked for details to raise a formal complaint & I was removed from all communications with no address given or contact person. Complete SCAM of a company/business. Asked for a call multiple times to try and resolve the issue but kept getting told that my concerns have already been reviewed & responded to (to which they were but with no resolution). Would avoid at all costs & will be taking this to social media too. NEVER write bad reviews for businesses but from start to finish this has just been absolutely horrific.

And then they gas light you in their responses.

Jade was an incredible trainer! She followed up and provided advisory not only for the workouts and nutrition, but also for the mental stability needed. Learning and understanding was a big part of this experience and she provide that. She is very supportive which made my journey more enjoyable.

Working with Jade has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Not only has she been super supportive and provided amazing workout programs and nutrition advice, but she’s also there for you when you have any wobbles or any mishaps.

I never thought I’d be able to work with a coach, but trust me when I say, Jade is one of a kind!! She has years of experience, you can tell she really loves her job and works bloody hard.

She’s helped me get too much happier and healthier, body and mindset, and I just want to say a massive thank you and to anyone who is debating whether to get a coach I’d say take the plunge and have a chat with jade!

I recently finished 6 months in CJ Coaching with Dan Simmons and couldn't achieved everything I set out to. My goal was to get back in the gym, lose belly fat and simply get back on track. Dan communicated very well, was always encouraging and straight forward.
There was a glitch or two with the app along the way but it was immediately resolved.
I've worked with personal trainers before and although this programs cost was a little more I got everything out of it I was looking for and couldn't have been happier. I committed for 6 months, trusted the process but will journey alone for a bit and possibly double back in the fall. Thanks for the help

Great experience!
I joined in October 2023 and have been with Jade since that time. I have nothing but great respect for Jade and her hard work. She has helped me more than any other coach I've had in the past. She has customized my meal plan and I've been losing weight steadily. In conjunction with the workout plan my body has been undergoing the recomp that I had wanted and look forward to continue to see where we go from here. I even told Jade that I had a back injury some years back that left me with some pain and therefore have some difficulty with some exercises but she has been so helpful in guiding me and making sure we adjust as needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Jade and her team !

Terrible company. Over charge, misrepresent, and won't refund when they make the mistake. These are not honest people. BEWARE!

I'd rate Charlie Johnson Fitness a 0 out of 5 if I could! Total scam. I paid $2K for a custom diet and fitness plan and received some crappy generic plan for both. Nothing custom at all! I immediately tried to get a refund and was told no. If you are skeptical about my review, just try and find Google reviews, they don`t exist. That is the first and best sign of a scam.

To further comment on the CJ reply: There was never any realistic effort to satisfy me, because the company doesn't offer a service that is either satisfactory or custom, as advertised. Satisfaction is not obtainable when the service the company is capable of offering doesn't come close to the service advertised.

I thought I've had good coaches in the past and until I met Jade and wow, what a game changer!!!! She has taken my fitness journey to the next level by doing a very close follow-up, always replying to my messages, answering all my questions, giving me great guidance, a amazing expertise on the field, so encouraging, empathetic, simple the Best coach I've worked with. I've lost 21cm in my waist in 5 months, I feel amazing, have a ton of energy and loving the whole process with my renewed confidence that's thought the roof! She has this incredible ability of knowing when and how to push you the right way to get the little extra that makes the difference. But probably one of my favorite things is that she has taught me how to have a sustainable, fun healthy life style. Being healthy is now my non-negociable.
I recommend working with her hands down!

A big thank you to Dan, Head Coach. My experience has been brilliant, I’ve stuck to the plan given, understood the objective and have seen great results already.

When I’ve needed help I have messaged on the app and Dan is quick to reply with answers and tips to help.

All in all very happy with the service I am getting and looking forward to seeing further results.

Jade is a fantastic coach, she’s supportive, realistic and knowledgable. Always quick to respond and incredibly personable, I don’t know how many clients she’s working with at any one time, I’m sure it’s a lot, but she always has time for you. The results are clear… listen to the advice, stick to the plan and the results will speak for themselves. Thank you
