My wife had been some time ago and had received first class attention so, after a visit to my local Doctor ( who said she could see nothing in my ear !) I decided to visit myself. I had been suffering irritation and poor hearing, in my right ear particularly, for a week or two and had resigned myself to perhaps, losing hearing in that ear !
However the very kind lady who saw me ( I think it was Lynne, ) at quite short notice, stuck her vacuum cleaner in my ear and retrieved a lump of wax about the size of a garden pea, which was stuck on my right eardrum ! So much for my doctors eyesight ! Well done Girls, you have a friend for life in me...( I actually enjoyed the sucking sensation )

Lynne was very patient with me, an awkward customer who had been suffering with the NHS for 20 years. She helped in every way she could and I am very pleased with the result- I can hear again. Highly recommended

I have just come home with my latest hearing aid. From start to finish, Lynne's professionalism has shone through. Amazing customer experience. Popped in on the off chance I could get an emergency booking. Unfortunately they only had free appointments the following week. I accepted this and made an appointment for the Monday, explaining I was going to a wedding on the Friday and would have to go with limited hearing.
They immediately shifted a few things around and slotted me in at lunch just before the wedding.
Had a fab time at the wedding with my hearing back to normal. Thank you so much.
A really friendly professional set up.

Just had the latest AI hearing aids configured and fitted by Lynn . Wow 🤩.. they are amazing , it’s my 3rd set of rechargeable Bluetooth hearing aids , but these ones are in a different league ..
perfect sound balance , no left right bias . With natural sound . I’ve been in noisy restaurants and didn’t loose audibility, I could hear everyone on our table , which is astonishing, as I’m used to missing out on conversations further along the table . I’ve been flying with the pilot headphones , I didn’t have to increase the volume to listen to the tower . The Bluetooth is really clear and consistent. The battery life is superb , I am used to the rechargeable aids dying around 9.30pm , but I’ve not lost power in these at all .
My only minor gripe is the size and weight , at the end of the day , the ears are a little sore , but it’s worth it for all the benefits

i went here because my ear had been blocked for about a week and was driving me crazy! both the ladies were amazing, so reassuring and caring - the level of care they give throughout is outstanding! i have been recommending this place to everyone who has ear blockages!

A very friendly helpful service. Lynne was extremely thorough. Used the sound booth and all the latest instruments to determine my hearing needs. She certainly went the extra mile to make sure my new hearing aids worked well, including fully blue toothed to my phone to receive calls and play music from my Spotify account. I couldn't be happier.

Lynne also visited my mother in a local care home to carry out a hearing test, wax removal and and service her hearing aids.

Contacted Lynne this morning in a bit of a panic due to trying to clean my ears out myself and getting a bit of the tool I was using stuck in my ear - Lynne managed to fit me in a couple of hours later (she only told me off a little bit 🤣). Lynne was lovely - extremely friendly and chatty - put me at ease - gave me lots of advice about how to look after my clogged ears. Left being able to hear again! Will definitely be
returning. Thank you.

I've been visiting for years for both my mother and myself. The service is both friendly and professional, with lots of good advice and no hard sell. So much better than the large chain places. The owner Lynne has years of experience as an audiologist so is well placed to give good advice. She is very patient and takes care to make sure my Mum understands what's being said.
