Constant run around. Asked to speak with supervisor (told there are none available.) Will cancel card after this. Not worth the run around.

Told to upload the same documents multiple times. It gets old and not worth the hassle.

Chase card benefits have been giving me the run around on a claim for the last 2 weeks. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone with the customer service representatives who talk directly to their "supervisors", but do not allow me, the customer to talk to them.

On four separate occasions for the same claim they say I am missing documentation. I submit the documentation after they share exactly what I need to write in the documentation. Then I get a message saying they are still missing documentation (after I have confirmation, they received it). I resubmitted. Then I get yet another notice saying they are missing documentation. The letter I submitted had the word "accommodations" and they were confused by that. They wanted yet another documentation that says "hotel" (they could have googled the definition of accommodation if it was that confusing.

As my husband's says, they try to drag this out, so I eventually give up and don't get the card benefits they promise.

This is the company that provides extended warranty protection for purchases with certain Chase Credit Cards. I've been given the run around for months. They seem to want you to just give up. Do yourself a favor and use AMEX for purchases where you want an extended warranty because Chase is an absolute nightmare.
