Both the regional team (Colin) handling my initial agreement and the local letting (Jack) team, property management, account and sublet teams (Hugo, Ella) are professional. They have been very responsive, patient and helpful, and have been able to provide useful advices during the handover of my flat, and could close the deal to let out the property quickly.
