Paid £75 for an hour reading this evening and £10 extra to record the call and to do the reading via WhatsApp (£5 each).

After I paid, it said online if you want a recording...please email to ask this woman to record as she needs time to record. So I emailed her. Then she text me, so I asked her (via text) if she was able to record for me if I pay the extra £5. She said to remind her before our session starts and asked when our session was. I said it was in 15mins. Her reply was and I quote" Yes plz I have adhd ". I was confused and said "I'm confused". She then sent me a generic message about how to set up your PC. I said i didn't have a PC and she replied "It says if possible, Stand?". My reply "I'll put it on a stand. You ok to record for me?" And her reply was "Like I said please remind me when we are face to face I have ADHD You need to set up". Lots of too-ing a throwing.
Fast forward to the time of the reading. I get a text saying to call her. I didn't know I was the one who had to call her as I thought she would call me when she was free. So because I didn't know this and I have a new phone (still trying to work it out), i had to add her number to my phone to then add her on WhatsApp, so I could ring her.
I was then sent a snotty message about how we've basically been texting for 15mins and I should basically have sorted it out by now. This made me annoyed.

When I finally said hello, i was berated by this woman. Telling me off for not having my phone on a stand and on a flat surface which it 100% was. I had to show her my hands for her to believe me. Then she started telling me off (like she was my mother) because of the text messages where she wasn't being clear and not answering my questions and instead telling me she had ADHD. Well I have problems too but I'm not rude to people who i've never met before. She also said my energy was everywhere. Well that's because you were rude to me for no reason and now I'm getting angry and upset.

I was fuming and said "if you don't want to do the reading and want to keep berating me, then just issue me the refund". I was visibly upset and she was still going on at me. She asked if I wanted to carry on but I was crying and couldn't speak. Then I accidentally knocked the desk where my phone was on with my knee and I'm assuming she got annoyed and hung the phone up. I rang her back but she didn't answer. She text me saying she was issuing me a refund. Later on she was then being apologetic to me via text. Too late!!

There's NO NEED to speak to anyone the way you did. You should be ashamed of yourself.

For someone who's supposed to have a caring nature being a psychic..you were the worse person I've ever spoken to.

There was no need to be so hostile to someone you've never met before because of text messages where I was trying to get some clarity from you.

Secondly there was no where I could see where I could pay the extra £5 for a whatsapp call. Which is why i sent the message attached to the payment I sent you asking for a whatsapp call as I don't have a PC. I also never received any other message prior to rhe call as you claim and i havent received that message now when i looked.I also never scan read anything...I wasn't in a rush on my part until you said i was the one who had to ring you first on whatsapp. Then I was trying to rush and you were getting me stressed out with the message you sent. This wasn't made clear to me prior that I was to call you first. When people give a time, they could be delayed with something else eg another clients reading etc, so i thought you would ring me when you were free. It definitely wasnt made clear beforehand that i was to call you via whatsapp! If I was in a rush, I would've opted for the later reading and not one that started within 15mins. There was no clarity in your messages which is why I was asking you what you meant by certain things.

Also, when you were berating me on the phone, I tried to be the bigger person and try and get you to move on with the anger you felt towards me over the texts (even though I wasn't rude once to you). So I said "There was obviously a miscommunication, so let's move on". Your response was "Well there wasn't a miscommunication on my part". I couldn't believe how rude you were by saying that. That's when I really got annoyed. Now, you're admitting there WAS some miscommunication on your part only because I wrote this review and you're trying to look good.
Also, no I don't always write bad reviews. I wrote this review as I had a legitimate reason to. You're correct, we didn't proceed with the reading because why would anyone want a reading from someone who's so rude. You need to not worry about my previous reviews, only concentrate on this one.I'm rude if you're rude. I edit to respond to your lies.

Charlie was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we started, she put me completely at ease - especially after my tech issues got things off to a rocky start. She was warm, patient, and genuinely hilarious.
Her insights into my past experiences were incredibly accurate, and I’m now feeling really hopeful and excited about what’s ahead.
I also really appreciated her generosity in going over time, even though the delay was entirely my fault.

I booked an appointment on the day and Charlie was ready for me. I'd never had a reading before meeting Charlie so wasn't quite sure what to expect from it. I found Charlie's reading was spot on and gave me the clarity I needed from a personal situation as well as for my future. I feel I was pulled to her as she really connected with the spiritual world. What she told me really resonated with me and opened my eyes. If you're not sure whether to book a session, don't hesitate and book it! It really has helped and I'll definitely book again.

I have had a few readings with Charlie - she is remarkable! She hones right in to why I am there - without a word from me. I've actually learned that the best way is to say nothing - just be fully present, and let her do her thing - ask questions at the end. My grandmother came thru today - by name (not a typical name) - unexpected and wow. Charlie is real - straight-talking, witty, lovely - and she throws in the occasional book recommendation which I like. Highly recommend.

Charlie is a lovely lady and the reading she gave me rang true. A very nice experience that I would recommend to anyone with an interest in tarot and the psychic realm.

My first reading with Charlie was dark. I thought i couldn't possibly mean anything and kept trying to find different ways to interpret it. She said my relationship was going to end quite horrifically. When I said this to my partner he brushed it off and got quite annoyed with me. Turns out he had two other girlfriends that whole time. When I found out I uncovered three years of deceit and lies.
My next reading was in the aftermath of this when I was looking for reassurance it would get better. Charlie told me I would travel, there was a dog, and I would be empowered by goddess energies. I took 19 flights that year, reconnected with female friends, made new friends, moved to a new area, and spent a week dog sitting in the Cotswolds where I started writing a book to make sense of the trauma.

Charlie has a very special talent of clairvoyance and honest interpretation. Where there are various possibilities, these are clearly indicated and having received a personal reading a few years ago and a 12 month prediction reading today, I can only marvel at how uncannily relevant the readings have been (in terms of what was previously revealed AND in terms of current life conundrums) in both our encounters. A very relaxing treatment that I was open minded about.
Had hoped to drift off but I didn't and remained with it the whole time, I resonated with certain music tracks, others I did not, smiled, felt sick for a bit and eventually weightless :-)))
When the treatment was over I did feel like I had slept for 100 years even if I hadn't but oh boy in the days to follow the terrible pain I had been having in my knees just went, it was amazing to be free from that and I will go back for another visit soon. Thank you Charlie
