scam scam scam. This companie has taken 100 euros from my bank account. USE ai was the website they say I didnt pay them I paid Chatai 100 euros so they cant refund. I say Both USE AI. and CHATAI.

It's a scam!!! Stay away!!
I signed up for quarterly (3 months) and my account clearly stated my subscription ends after that time. Yet 3 months later, with NO notification, it auto renewed.
There is NO option on their site to cancel the plan at all (even though their instructions include a fictitious 'click on cancel subscription').
No one responds to emails either.

I'm still stuck on how to cancel and get them to not take money. So be warned

They will charge your account after you cancel. I have email proof of them canceling my account and refunding my fee, yet a year later I am going over my credit card statements and they have charged me for the last 14 months. EVERY SINGLE MONTH.
I went into my chatai account, it shows I have no subscriptions yet it ALSO shows 14 invoices charging me every month. WTH?! And because I have no subscription I have no way to cancel. Not including their contact info via their website is inaccurate. Too many red flags. Use a different ai service. TRUST ME!

Their customer service is horrible! I have been having issues with Chatai not responding to questions and then reaching out to their customer service to have Chatai control requests, and I am still having extreme problems. There is no human contact at all.

Not trustworthy. Being charged, althoug I have cancelled the subscription since months. Don't give them your credit card data.

You must use WhattsApp in order to use their site, and they require a credit card.
