I purchased this by mistake, I asked for a refund and was told no, as its an American company refund rules are different apparently. Tried using the product and its rubbish. I now think I was scammed by them from the outset as their product is totally useless. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

We purchased Chatbot AI due to large organizations supposedly using their product. We paid for an annual subscription 3 weeks ago.
Since purchasing we have had continuous issues where browser locks up, very slow to respond and product is really not as described.

Today I received this message.
"I'm sorry, I'm having a bit of difficulty on my servers. Could you please try again later and I'll be more than happy to help you out then!"

I have asked for my money back for the months we wont use but they have refused and I needed to let everyone know that this product will slow you down and does not function like other agents I have used.
do not buy this product find an alternative.

Please, guys, do not buy any product from this company.

The AI keeps connecting for hours; I can not even use it.

I contacted support, and nobody responded.

They're total rip-off. a copy of other AI model, but not trustworthy. you'll still have credit limits even after you pay, and the support is really slow. Refund is not possible

Chatbotai.com is a rip off. I subscribed primarily to improve old family photos. After the first few, I started getting a notice that I didn't have enough "credits" unless I purchase more. There had been no explanation of this when I subscribed, so I feel misled and very dissatisfied.

I've been working on chatbotai for the past month building a website and it's been great. I did have the chat lock up and had to start a new chat, and because it is ai, it does make mistakes. But I've found it to be a very productive experience. When the chat got locked up I checked out Grok, and what it built was awful going off the same code. I'd personally recommend the site.

Just a pass through to free versions of the chatbots. This is a total ripoff. There are hundreds of these copy copycats out there. Beware.

This is a third party! Do not waste your money! They will not respond to you or refund anything and even after paying the paywall will still be up for you.

Never received an account log in after purchasing, just opened up against my IP I guess... so if you log out you cant get back in. The password reset on site doesn't actually send anything to you and there is no online support provided, thank goodness I paid by PayPal. Complete Chinese Scam

unfortunately for me it is probably scam.
I asked for refund after few hours and it's making me do a circles between bots.

I purchased about 12 hours ago, and requested a refund and it is just sending me around in circles and not refunding my money.

Must be a SCAM.
