I tried to sign up to 2 users for my small business advertised at £17 per month. I have discovered a number of unauthorised transactions and 3 open accounts with hundreds of £££ taken off my credit cards. BE EXTREMELY careful. It has taken me 2 hours find out a number of accounts i did not open and cancel my credit cards and email their customer service. Just awful.

I am very disappointed with my experience.

I purchased 250 ChatGPT Credits after reaching my included Codex usage limit. From my perspective, the credits appeared to be exhausted almost immediately after I started using Codex. I contacted support multiple times, provided my payment receipt and invoice, and asked for a detailed explanation of how the credits were consumed.

While support confirmed that the credits had been added and were later shown as fully consumed, they were unable to provide request-by-request usage details or a breakdown of how the credits were used. I repeatedly received automated responses before my case was escalated.

My main frustration is not only about the credits, but also the lack of transparency regarding credit usage and the difficulty of reaching a human support agent.

I hope OpenAI improves its billing transparency, provides clearer usage reporting, and makes it easier for customers to speak with a human specialist when billing disputes arise.

Esperienza disastrosa. ChatGPT-5 viene venduto come un assistente intelligente, ma nella pratica è lento, impreciso e spesso inutilizzabile. Anche con prompt perfetti, sia in italiano che in inglese, sbaglia grammatica, sintassi e contenuti. Scrive “siciamno” invece di “sciamano”, confonde i nomi, ignora le istruzioni e non capisce il tono richiesto. E non parliamo della pronuncia robotica e stonata nei testi letti da AI: un incubo per chi lavora con speaker vocali.

E se non paghi? Non funziona. Nessuna trasparenza su questo punto: se non rinnovi l’abbonamento, l’AI si blocca o diventa inutilmente limitata. Ma questo non lo scrivono da nessuna parte. “ChatGPT può commettere errori”? Certo. Ma qui si tratta di errori sistematici, non di eccezioni.

Conclusione: Per chi lavora nel mondo della produzione editoriale, video e social, ChatGPT-5 è una fonte di frustrazione. Fa perdere tempo, non rispetta le istruzioni, e non è affidabile. Pessimo investimento.

Har abonnerat på Chat CPT för att förbättra gamla bilder ur familjealbumet. Vid generering av ny bild stoppas 8 av 10 bilder av tjänstens filter då det "strider mot policyn", t ex veteranbilar, föräldrars bröllopsfoto, gamla faster på ängen . Helt obegripligt. Tjänsten är helt värdelös och kostnaden 269 kr per månad helt bortkastad. Uppdatering kväll: nu stoppas alla bilder i filtret oavsett innehåll.

Chat CPT meddelar "I gratisversionen har filtret ibland varit mindre strikt → därför har vissa av dina familjebilder gått igenom där.

I beta-/betalversionen körs nyare skydd → dessa är mer känsliga och kan blockera även helt oskyldiga foton, särskilt om de innehåller människor eller detaljer som algoritmen feltolkar."

Min fråga är därför - varför tar Chat CPT (kraftigt) betalt för en version som inte är funktionell medan den version som fungerar är gratis?

Sui problemi complessi rallenta, cancella parti senza che gli sia stato chiesto e devi ricominciare perchè entra nel suo loop in cui ha dimenticato cosa ha fatto. Resta meglio di tutte le altre AI sui compiti complessi ma ancora non ci siamo. Alla richiesta “ridammi tutto il codice completo” se fai il confronto col codice veramente completo non trascrive delle parti e ti rende il suo codice completo che è incompleto. Non ci siamo proprio, per 22€ al mese resta un giocattolo per idioti

People-pleaser in a nauseating way. His writing is constantly repetitive and full of cliches. Never does what you ask it to do. And the most infuriating thing of all is a bug that they won't fix that frequently gets it to write back: "I'm sorry, but I can't continue this conversation". For no reason. Even when you paid for a subscription! Not worth it.

I am trying various AI models to build a server. I am new to coding and so far have had some very good experiences and have my server built, almost, how I want it. I had one issue left I used Chatgpt for. It kept making errors, requiring constant feedback that used up the session before getting anywhere. Every new session ended up putting me further behind than when I ended my previous session. It kept breaking software. It kept forgetting what software I was using and what versions I was using despite it telling me to install certain software. It even wiped out my core files, only to say sorry you cannot retrieve those files now. I had to rebuild more than one container and docker more than once. Nope, this is not for me. I tried for 4 days to get somewhere with it, but am slightly behind where I was when I first tried Chatgpt, and without all my files and photos of course. I do have them elsewhere. This is an experiment luckily. I do know how to install and remove software now though. I am very wary using this for coding and will not use it unless it is for a simple clarification. I certainly would not subscribe to it for coding purposes.
