Staff were freindly and attentive right away. Velda is an expert stylist and I am so very pleased with how she cut my hair and the styling tips she gave me as well as recomendations for products. She is a lovely person and me me feel comfortable. Overall it was an amazing epereince for me.

Receptionist (sorry I didn't get your name) was very professional and helpful with accommodating my last minute appointment change.
Emily was fantastic, very easy to talk and made excellent suggestions for my hair. Loved the style!

Son’s haircut
My son was unsure how he wanted his haircut and they worked with to figure it out. Checking as they went to ensure it was what he wanted. He was very happy with the results.
