I took my three year old son who has never had his haircut in a salon setting. He was so excited and jumping and running around and I was nervous he wouldn't sit still. His stylist Karan was so patient and kind with him. He explained what he was doing and would stop to brush him off any time my son said he was itchy from the hair, to help him feel comfortable. He did a fantastic job!! I wasn't sure how short to go and asked what Karan thought would look best and it turned out perfectly!!

If you want a stylist that is courteous, caring but most of all is not happy unless the client is, ask for Stephen. Very talented stylist!!! Loving my highlights, color is amazing .

The appointment was booked for 45 minutes each, the hairstylists took maximum 5 mins to trim the ends off my girls hair without even brushing it straight after it came out of braids and pony tails before cutting it. They also seemed to have confusion over who the appointment was booked with and one of the hairdressers proceeded to speak in a language we don’t understand in front of us for a long time to another about the misunderstanding, which is awkward. They didn’t make my 4yr olds feel comfortable but rather felt rushed and not the focus. My kids were excited to go to town to get their hair done and it ended up being a very fast experience with a different language conversation happening and not once did they speak to/ recognize my kids and make them feel beautiful like they should have been treated. I asked and received a discount when paying because they originally were charging $65 for our fast unprofessional experience, so 15% off covered my tip and helped with how I felt, but since a review is requested, I’ll be honest, I wouldn’t go back for my kids.

All staff were very friendly and accommodating. They handled my wheelchair with care.

My stylist went above and beyond walking me through product and letting me know what I needed to do with my hair as my hair was pretty damaged.

I found chatter is very welcoming and my hairstylist was excellent. I was very pleased with the haircut, the washing and head massage. It was all very relaxing.

My stylist was really personable and easy to get along with, and she gave me great tips for hair care and things I can do in the future for my hair!

10 out of 10 do recommend. The Salon is very clean and bright. The Staff is welcoming and friendly.
I booked a silent haircut,(first time), and was not disappointed. I wish all salons offer that option. I had a male hairdresser..also first time ...and again, not disappointed.
All in all...service, atmosphere, price...everything hacked.my boxes. I love my experience at Chatters and will 100%go back next time.
