Jennifer is MY stylist and she is so helpful and talented. She always checks on how I’m doing in the chair. I have long silver hair and she makes me feel like I’ve done a makeover. I saw her yesterday and my hair looks today looks like I stepped out of the salon.

I find it difficult to find stylists that actually listen to what you want, for example sometimes it ends up way shorter than you wanted. I’ve never had this issue here thankfully, all the stylists are extremely talented. Especially with my experience with Shaven Bains. He listened to what I wanted and went on to explain exactly what he’ll be doing. I was very comfortable the entire time, and I would book with him again!

It’s tough to find a stylist who can take the vision in my mind and execute it flawlessly but Cathy has done it time and time again :)

Firstly , my father spoke to someone on the phone, not once, but twice at Guilford Chatters who confirmed that they were able to do the service that I was looking for (his daughter) and then I myself called them to confirm that they were able to perform as I would be driving a very far distance to their location in Guildford, Surrey, which I made them aware of multiple times and they also , themselves confirmed multiple times that they would be able to perform the service that I was looking for however, when I arrived, the woman/stylist said They absolutely could not perform the service and she was unsure why anyone that worked there would have said that they could do that service and the way that I was treated was absolutely awful. I I was in tears and started crying as the stylist/woman informed me that they were not able to perform the service and I kept explaining to her that I had driven all this way as multiple employees over the phone confirmed could help me (these employees also were aware that I was travelling a far distance) and the salon could perform the service I was looking for. Then, as I was being shooed by the woman I looked at some products on the shelf and I was actually trying to purchase some products since I had just driven an hour and 45 minutes to get there And instead the lady was like basically pushing me out out of the store like shooing me out of the store when I was actually trying to purchase some expensive products…Therefore I would absolutely never recommend this chatter’s location in Guildford mall Surrey to absolutely anyone the way I was treated was frankly absolutely disgusting and I will never ever Recommend them or attempt to get a service done by them ever again.

Jane was amazing and so fast! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great haircut.

Friendly, talented staff. Reinstatement of online booking would be great.

Hair stylist was great, he knew exactly what I wanted and delivered along with giving me tips on what looks good on me.

I've been customer for years. The first stylist didn't want to cut my hair shorter at first, but they remedied the situation and gave me an award winning stylist. She was great!

I always get a great haircut when I go to Chatters. Their stylists are great and they always give me what I want I highly recommend them. Today I had Jane she did an amazing job.

First time with Chenda. Experience is fabulous.
I went to her by recommendation of my good friend Rie. Rie is her long time customer.
Hope to visit Chenda many more times in future
