Chatters Hair Salon - Orchard Park レビュー 887

I have been to the Orchard park mall location 3 times now and they have had great experiences each time. My last 2 were with Ghezal and she is so wonderful ‼️ Thank you❤️

Horrible customer service. Spent $150 to have my roots touched up, which got butched. Went back to have them fix it, and it came out WORSE then before, and they refused to fix it a 2nd time, along with refusing a refund. I then, had to spend $350 somewhere else to have it fixed. This isn’t the first, or 2nd time I’ve had issues with this place. I would highly NOT recommend it to anyone! I also heard a lady complain about how a hair dresser botched her daughter’s hair… this place is horrendous. They need better stylists OR manager who will be of use to the customers.

Sooooo I went to Chatters in the mall today and I told the stylist about 10 plus times what I couldn't and couldn't afford. I get to the till and it is only at that moment she informs me that I am going to be paying an ADDITIONAL $100 dollars! This will be the VERY last time that I EVER go to this salon!!!

I went to pierce my baby’s ears and the services and experience was friendly, fast and amazing. Our piercer was very patient, gentle and she made sure she got it right.

The stylists was excellent but a hair cut for mid length hair without a wash and style should not be $60 and it did NOT take over an hour for the cut.

On October 4th, the day of my son’s wedding, I had the absolute pleasure of having Ghezal as my hairdresser! She was incredibly kind, caring, and such a lovely person to talk to. Her knowledge about hair and products is truly amazing. I had some concerns about my hair, and she took the time to listen, offer great advice, and reassure me — exactly what I needed!

She shampooed, conditioned, and applied a nourishing hair mask, giving me the most relaxing head massage — it felt like being at a spa! My hair looked absolutely beautiful, and everyone at the wedding loved my hairstyle 💖

I'm not sure about the cut itself. I was hoping for a layered lob, as I don't often blow dry my hair with a round brush. I still have some curl from a previous perm, and the weighting or shape of my hair looks off now when it's not blown straight as the curls pop out too much on the lower half of my hair.
Unfortunately, I'm out of town until next Tuesday so I won't be able to get this addressed until after then.
