Great service

t looked very bad, like 2 completely Different colors in front and back not blended at all

The stylist was kind and professional and I’m sure skilled at their job, but should maybe ask more question if I am not being clear on what I am asking for as I got no where near what I had asked for cut wise when all I was looking for was a clean up on my current style I even provided reference photo on what the original cut was as my hair grown out a little bit. Even stated I do NOT want to have short hair and I can not have short hair as it does not work with my face structure and they acknowledge that and even when pointing out how short I stated no that’s too short at the next suggestion I said it was okay but didn’t want to go shorter than that. I didn’t realize that they would take suggested length and only leave a small chunk of front hair that length and then proceed to cut the rest of my hair to a length of 3-4 inches LONG not taking 4-6 inches off.

I obviously didn’t realize how short it was especially in the back and not fully paying attention as they told me what I asked for was clear.. especially since I wasn’t looking for a completely new hair cut just a clean up
So I’m not sure how a clean up ended up this way and me crying while leaving on how ridiculous I look and now having to wait months for it to grow out get to the length that I asked for it to be cut too.

Melanie was an absolute delight to have. She was very fun and friendly to talk to and made me feel very good about my hair! And she suggested products but wasn’t pushy about it. I will 100% go back to her!

My last few visits the stylist did not listen to my request for service. Over cut my hair - advised I was growing it out and needed a clean up around the neck and shape. Cut off over an inch. The time before I came if for a 20’s style soft wave. I left with my hair glued to my head. Washed it out as soon as I got home.

Starr is the only stylist my son will trust with his thick curly hair. She is gentle, Aware, and respectful of neuroatypical needs.

All staff are super friendly but highly professional. Store, facilities and equipment are immaculate and well organized. Service at counter terrific and most of all my stylist, Star, never disappoints. She knows what I am looking for in a style or cut before I do! Excellent outcomes always. No idea what could make things better! Thanks again Star et al!

Lobna is a talented hair stylist and her head massage is so relaxing. My daughter and I enjoy our services when we see her and have been loyal clients for years.

All staff are friendly and helpful but my stylist Heather in particular is a gem. Such a lovely person and always does such a good job and willing to share her extensive knowledge and knowledge how. Highly recommend.

Star has been my go to stylist for about 3 yrs now. She is amazing! Shes considerate, kind and extremely professional. She will make you feel seen and heard.
