Denisa has been amazing every time I've visited. She is incredibly talented, welcoming, and always makes the appointment such a positive experience. She takes time to listen, gives honest advice, and puts so much care into her work. Her kindness and professionalism always stand out, and it's clear she genuinely loves what she does. I always leave so happy with the results and can't recommend her enough. Thank you, Denisa, for always doing such an amazing job

You’re the best darling

The hair stylist arrived 20 minutes late to work. My son’s appointment was at 11.15 and she arrived to work at 11.35. To help my 5 year old son feel calm, I usually stay beside him and sometimes give him gummies (which he only gets for haircuts every 3 or 4 months). This allows him to feel calm and the stylist can cut his hair peacefully too. However, this stylist wouldn’t let me give him a single gummy when he was feeling overwhelmed because she thinks “candy is bad for kids and sugar makes them go crazy.” She wouldn’t even let me play his fav song on my phone to distract him when he was uncomfortable. Also I got charged for a kid cut that was 9 to 12 years old. I told the receptionist that my son is 5 and on the website it’s a different rate. But she said “they dont discriminate age against children and he will be charged accordingly.” Very weird experience. The hair cut was nice, but will not be going again as my time was not respected and I wasn’t allowed to advocate for my kid when he was feeling uncomfortable.
