My hair was chopped really short even…
My hair was chopped really short even though I asked for long layers. I asked for a little long face trim as I have round face. But she started cutting off a lot from my front hair. Later when I said that my front hair is very short she said that I said okay to connecting the front hair face trim to layers. I don’t remember saying yess to that at all. She doesn’t ask enough questions to know about how I want my hair. As a stylist you need to communicate with your customer to know what they have in mind, but she barely talked I kept saying what I want so she gets the clue. I repeatedly said I want to keep my hair length longer as I have worked sooo hard to keep them longer soo long. I said “long layers” “long layers” “long layers” multiple times but my hair in the front is cut soo short it has made me veryyy upset, sad and frustrated. I worked so hard to make it long. After I came home, I realized it was sooo short it made me soo saddd, I’m literally crying as I write this. I am not trying to be petty but I couldn’t really tell much in person. But I hate hate hate my hairrr. It was my first experience with chatters, I’ve usually seen my friends come here and wanted to try it but it only ended in tears.

Chatters experience
Mary G. is a very friendly person. The service was great. She asked me for permission before using any products on my hair and I appreciate that. I’m happy with my haircut and eyebrow threading experience. Definitely recommend her. This was my first time at Chatters and I’m really happy with my experience there.

Long Fine Hair
I have long, fine hair that tangles at the thought of a brush. Mary G was amazingly patient and gentle! I've had hairdressers in the past cut my hair too short or used thinning sheers when all i wanted was a simple trim. She triple checked length before cutting and product before using. She cut it exactly how i asked. Very happy with her service and her recommendations for products.
