My appointment phone conversations were professionally friendly. I received a quick friendly greeting. The hairstylist, You-Mi L.is outstandingly skilled, friendly, caring and accommodating in every way! Thank you all and especially Moe, the Manager!
He is the reason I returned to Chatters Sunridge. He always answered my emails and phone calls professionally and caringly and introduced me to You-Mi L.

Very professional stylist
Was easy to book appointment. Stylist understood immediately how I wanted my hair styled even without my trying to explain. He worked quickly and efficiently and gave me a great cut and styling.

I came in today as a walk in
I came in today as a walk in, the receptionist was very sweet, I wish ai got her name, she was able to get me in right away. My stylist was great and did exactly what I asked. He took great care in my requests,and my hair looked and felt amazing when I left. I normally come here for my cuts a few times a year and I've never had a bad experience at this location.

I went there and asked for curtain bangs and equal length from back.. even show the picture.. what I really got was so disgusting.. very awful service.. honestly waste my money.. and I will never recommend anyone

I go to Sally every time and she has always done an amazing job. She gives great advice to my kids as well with styling products and hair care in general.
