When I arrived home and it was dry I combed my hair and discovered the cut is uneven the sides are not equal, there was nothing done in the back.
I will not be back.
I have arranged for another hairdresser to fix it
I had a brand new person who just got out of hair school 2 months ago. She needs more experience but it will not be on me. Just moved here from BC and because the business was almost across the street. Unfortunately it was the wrong choice. I have had a male hairdresser for years and they always know their clients. I should have gone in person not over the phone

First time here, it was great! I absolutely love my cut and Color. We cut a bunch off and she did an amazing job! It’s like she knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much. Also great to bring your kiddo in they had tables in the sitting area with chargers in the table and colouring pages :)

Always always respected and greeted joyfully

Was welcomed by the receptionist as soon as I walked in the door with a friendly greeting. I told her who I was there to see she told me to go sit in the waiting room and until he was free, she was very friendly. Jonnie was on time. I think he’s absolutely wonderful. He gives the best hair washes and scalp massages. When you sit in his chair and explain how you want your haircut, he does exactly what you’ve asked and if you’re like me, you don’t really like chitchat while get your hair done. He just gets to work and only when he’s done asks if you’re happy fixes anything you may want fixed, shorter, etc. At check out with him. He’s super friendly. I’ve been seeing him for approximately a year and I’m happy every single time I leave.

James gives the best hair wash which includes an amazing head massage. His short hair cuts are excellent.

The stylist was fine. However, there was another client in the store who was very loud and wouldn't stop talking. I asked to go to the modesty room and even with the door closed could still hear her booming voice and cackling. Her stylist never told her to take it down a few notches, nor did anyone from the front. It was grating and annoying. You staff need to be made aware that the soundproofing is poor and that when a client is being extremely loud to take it down for respect of other clients. Very disappointed.
