I love that it’s super easy to integrate it to your website. It’s very nice and uses a direct message system that allows you to quickly connect with your customers and help them with whatever’s needed. The live chat app icon on our website is nice as it does help our customers understand that as a business we’re truly one message away!

Using it for the first time, I expected something glitchy or different but it was actually seamless. I got notifications as soon as messages dropped in, the live chat worked perfectly. Honestly kudos to everyone who put effort in this.

I had another Live Chat software for my website, the free plan was very limited and i felt the paid plan was to expensive for my business. So there was no point in between the expensive paid plan and the very limited free plan, until I found Chatway’s amazing chat software. I only use their free plan, which is not limited by any amount of messages on website. So it was the perfect fit for me.
