After a lengthy search for a specific interlocking tile, I finally found them at cheaperbytheminute.com. Not only was the pricing much lower than anywhere else, I had phenomenal service and accommodations in getting these shipped to me. I highly recommend and will be a return customer myself!!

The employee's always recognize when a customer enters the store . They are pleasent, friendly and helpful. They dont hover but they do ask if you need anything in particular. Several times they've helped me to the car with my heavy merchandise.

Great deal on a mattress pad I've been looking for which is suddenly out of stock everywhere. The vendors that do have it are charging up to $150 for it. Found it here for $25. Such a deal.

Great shipping time and exactly what I wanted

My blender arrived malfunctioning and the pitcher was broken is pieces. I’ve sent multiple emails trying to get a refund and no one is responding.

This was my 1st time buying online from Cheaperbytheminute. There was a problem with my order when I received it. I notified them of the problem, they immediately took measures to correct the problem. I cannot remember the last time a company was so quick to resolve a problem. I think that speaks volumes for the professionalism of this company and the value they place on customer satisfaction. Thank You

I gave you a 3 because there was still an open advertisement for can item that was actually Sold out. It is by no means a reflection of the service, or price, or ease of website. I will return, actually looking forward to it.

I was pleased with my visit to Cheaperbytheminute. The product was as advertised and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Fast shipping and product was as described (like new). With shipping rates didn’t really save much for a used product. Overall very happy as I had a tough time finding the this specific item to match the previous lights I already owned.

Found exactly what I was looking for at a great price.

This is my second purchase and all in all; this is a great company. This company clearly states whether items are new or like new hence- My only concern with my most recent purchase of ink cartridges, the item stated “new” and the item a package of value ink cartridges were opened and packaged loosely in a bubble bag, my only concern was that the ink cartridge may dry out and in this day and age with all of the remote work everyone knows the value of office supplies. Still a good company, keep up the good work.

I was impressed how customer service oriented they are . When I was in the store they didn’t have any string lights, they were getting them the following week, I was disappointed but they came through they received their order and they shipped my lights to me.If that’s not awesome and the best customer service, I don’t know what is. I would highly recommend the store. I can’t wait till I can go back. 👍

Can’t recommend them enough. I have made multiple purchases from them and they are wonderful to deal with. The tested all the lights I bought to make sure I wouldn’t be inconvenienced if they didn’t work (although they would have made good either way). Friendly, helpful, they’re a great locally owned, community minded family business.
