I strongly advise against using this agency; they are thieves. They advertise low prices, you buy the tickets, then they call you to say the prices are inflated. They then find you another ticket at double the price, and you have no choice but to pay the difference or else your money back. I bought two tickets for $2500 , and ended up paying $4600.

Scam company. Dont fall for their price. They will not issue the ticket and neither refund the money unless you pay big amount.

Such a scam. I don’t know why there is no legal action taken against this stupid company. I am having similar problems like others mentioned here. First with promotional fare they took my money and now saying to add more money to update or wait till June for tickets confirmation ( which I am pretty sure never coming) . I think this is a way to collect enough cash for some other reason by holding people’s money for months before refunding. I told them I want my ticket or money either of them by next week. I am not gonna wait months for you.

Beware of this Company they will post a much cheaper price and when you book that cheap flight ,they will send you an email that your booking is approved that they will contact you within 24-48 hours,after then they will inform you that the said promo cheap flight is no longer available and that they will offer you alternate flight at high price, and that you are not eligible to cancel your booking because one flight fare is already approved and that only one flight fare is not ..they will then advise you to get another booking but the original price is not the same as what you have booked and paid.I call AMEX which I used to paid for that booking and advise me to cancel right away the booking I made for the reason,of failure to provide the right service,screen shot all communications with them..and NEVER CALL OR ANSWER your phone,when one of their agent will contact you ,after you email them that you will cancel your booking..check your credit card statement it will only shows PENDING for a week or two and then it will just disappeared after then..

SCAM. I shouId have looked at the reviews before I made the mistake of booking with these clowns. It was a good price initially and then they said I have to pay $600 more if I want to take the same flight that I booked and paid for. Don't book with them!!

They charged us for the ticket but didn't give it to us.
They're trying to make us pay more to get the ticket.
If you refuse, they'll cancel the reservation 48 hours later, but after you've missed out on good deals elsewhere.

Same as the others. It appears to be a real scam. After booking our flights, we received an email that appeared to be our booking confirmation. The next day, we received emails to contact them urgently to discuss an issue. Then they tried to lure us into paying them an extra $2000 holding our original $2300 payment and refusing to refund us. They mentionned the price had suddenly increased. They were insistant in asking me about all my credit card information and if I had any other credit cards once the first one got decline. This was clearly a fishing scam.

Edit : Initially, site is rather misleading as they do not clearly state that prices are subject to availability. Because of this, i lost an opportunity with another site to have decent prices on the fares. After multiple frustrating conversations with costumer care that did not want to refund my purchase althought they could not honor the product purchased, i was able to speak to a supervisor named Ben that was able to help out and resolve the issue.

I am changing my review to a 3 star because they need to work on the information given on the website and to clearly state how the fares work.

They are a scam. They charged us but did not provide any ticket. Had to call bank for disputing transaction.
Beware!!

Do not purchase tickets from this website. They will keep you waiting for many days, and their tickets do not include baggage at all. They will send you an email saying, "Contact us to get important information about your ticket," and then they will say you are on the waitlist.

Expérience très décevante. Malgré ma demande d’annulation faite dans les 24 heures conformément à la politique d’Air Canada, l’agence a volontairement retardé le traitement pour dépasser le délai. Air Canada a confirmé à plusieurs reprises que le billet était annulable et a même laissé une note OSI visible dans la réservation. L’agence a ignoré ces confirmations et m’a demandé des “preuves supplémentaires” inutiles. Manque évident de bonne foi.
L’agence a clairement cherché à gagner du temps pour dépasser la période d’annulation de 24h. J’ai contacté Air Canada à trois reprises, et chaque fois la confirmation d’annulation a été donnée. Malgré la note officielle ajoutée dans la réservation, l’agence a continué à refuser d’agir. Pratiques non éthiques.
Très mauvaise expérience. Un agent m’a dit que l’annulation était impossible sans pénalité de 500$, alors qu’Air Canada confirmait le contraire. Les informations changent selon l’agent, ce qui démontre un sérieux manque de professionnalisme et de transparence.
Tous les éléments prouvent la mauvaise foi de l’agence : délais volontaires, refus d’agir malgré confirmation écrite d’Air Canada, et demandes répétées de preuves déjà présentes dans la réservation. Je déconseille fortement.
Je vais ajouter tous les échanges courriel trés prochainement à cette discussion pour montrer la mauvais fois de l'agence
